5 starsI made a 180-degree turn in the late stage of my corporate career to become a freelance editor, and I have zero tolerance for products and services with no ROI when they require my time, money, and energy. IAP Career College's Book Editor certificate course is invaluable to me.The reading material is packed with helpful information for new editors, and I refer to it regularly. The material also includes excellent reading recommendations and other external resources beyond what is offered in the course. The on-demand features are exceptionally easy to use, and I moved through the course with no technical hiccups. I have taken several editing courses, and this program stands out for its practical, everyday use.Applause applause applause for lead author and editor ************************** and contributing authors/editors Tag ****** and *************************. Their "IAP Career College Guide to Become a Book Editor" is a tight bit of writing loaded with relevant info, excluding superfluous and obvious information that is prevalent in other courses for budding editors. My experience at IAP was better than I imagined. I took the Photography certification and it was a very complete program, with good educational material. (Bonus: very good general advice on a professional level) I recommend it 100%.IAP Career College
