I have been trying to get in touch to enroll for the event planner course.But they do not have any form of communication like a live chat, call or video call facility to answer queries, only email and they are extremely slow and I wanted to enroll 11th December but still not got any of my queries answered Very disappointing and unprofessional

Hello, We are sorry to hear you feel your emails have not been responded to in a timely manner. IAP Career College customer service response time is 24-48 hours. Your communication with the customer service department has been reviewed and it appears your emails were handled within that time frame by our team members. The latest email that was sent to you on December 11th has successfully addressed all your questions. We also have the option on our website to communicate with a live chat agent 24/7 by clicking the “Ask Us A Question” popup on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. IAP course registration is ongoing, and late registration is an option. You can register at anytime. Once that closes you will then have the option to register for courses beginning the following week. Our courses are self-directed, which allows you to work around your own schedule and begin the course when you are ready. Complete ****. Final exam took me 16 minutes to complete, and I stopped to get a drink half way through! Will be filing complaint with BBB as the course is a farce. ****** how to be a coach. You will gain more information than this course provides. The certificate is worthless. Dont waste your money. A certificate from this operation is not worth the paper on which it is printed.IAP Career College

So far so good. The online material is FULL of useful information. The online quizzes and readign is easy to navigate. They are accredited. That seems to matter. And is one of the most economic programs I found. I will see how the follow-up goes once done with final exam. TJIAP Career College

I signed up for the book keeper course and loved flexibility of the course time, I was able to read through the 6 week course in about 2-3 hours a night over 2 and half weeks. The review tests drove the information home and built confidence to take the final exam. The program is a great price, flexible for working persons is well written and organized for online learning. So glad I found this course! Most other courses are much more expensive. Love the membership offer and listing and entrepreneurship tips as well as software tips given were a nice plus as most educators don't provide any after education job information in their courses as part of the paid course but as additionally charged career counciling. I will recommend this college and book keeping course to all my future employees.IAP Career College

I took a course and I learned soo much ..I studied hard and spent many hours pouring over all of the literature they offer ,very informative..If you read study and jot down notes the quizzes are easy to pass..multiple choice and if you do well on the quizzes you will pass the final tests ..really loved the course and I have my Professional Certification hanging on my office wall..sooo happy and proud of myself ...take the course and live your dream..Thanks IAP!IAP Career College
