      June 9, 2022 i signed my tax return with H&R block at **************************************** Canada.I was told, H&R block will get the cheque in the mail in approx.: 2 weeks! It is July 21, 2022 and still nothing, but I received mail already from the ********** stating my amount of $****** was already paid out at H&R block when filing my taxes! I received all other cheques from Canada ************** but $0 from my actual tax return filed with H&R block! I called and left a message about a week ago to ************* ******************: H&R block but still have yet to get a call back or anything!! Can anyone at all please call me at ************??? (***************************)** ** ***** * ****** * *** ***** ** ** ******* *** ** *** ***** ***** ** ****** ** ********* ********** As all i got out of the balance of $****** was $93.30!!!

      Hello,I submitted my taxes to H&R Block on March 26th.I repeatedly called to get an update and they said they were looking into it.Finally I called into the office in person on April 23rd and they said they must have forgotten to phone me and let me know our taxes are ready.I paid $141.24 on April 23rd at ****pm and H&R Block said they would file my taxes that day.A couple of weeks go by and I log into my *** account and I see that my return has not been filed.I called the office May 9th, because the *** deadline had passed at this point, in the morning and they said they would look into it and get back to me later in the morning. They never called back so I had to call again and be persistent that they sort my tax return immediately.It has now been over 12weeks since I paid to have my taxes filed and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called *** a couple of times but *** does not guarantee a two week return if your taxes are filed late. So instead of receiving my return by May 7th, we are now at July 8th and I am still waiting on my refund.I had left a ****** review for this location, the owner replied and stated that District Manager will follow up shortly. I have given them time to reach out to me but it has been over three weeks since the owner responded to my review.Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.Thank you,*****
