    Forgot cell phone so need to make urgent (short) long distance call, Bell-labelled phone printed that the call would be $5.00. Fine. Call was around 11:00 in morning. Got home and at late in afternoon got text alerts from the bank. One charge of $13.50 in morning and another of $15.00 at 4:30 in afternoon. No idea what second charge would be for. Plan to dispute charge with bank as fraud.

    My disabled sister in-law received several charges on her **** bill but we do not know why they appeared. She never used their service. The 6 calls amounted to approximately $24. Called **** Canada but they said they couldn't do anything about this. Googling WiMacTel, this seems to be a common complaint. What actions can we take to reverse charges? Have you seen several other complaints against them?

    I was charged $25 dollars on my credit card for a phone call that was less than a minute long. And the number I was calling was less than 100km away! WiMacTel are clearly taking advantage of people when they are out of cell range (I called from a pay phone). I have yet to hear back from them re reversing the charge.If I was able to give a negative star review I would. This company should not be allowed to operate-they *** *******
