      On November 2nd, 2022 I contacted Alberta auto transport to ship to *********** my car as we had an issue with the dealership. They told me the shipping cost is $700 and I paid the same day as they said that they were loading the truck. I thought they were going to ship it as said but it didn't happen. On November I texted him if the car is not shipped yet please return it and take the towing fees and refund me the balance. He lied to me that the car was already shipped until November 23rd. It was late for me to continue my complaint with the dealership as the car was not shipped out on time.I texted him on November 25th to ship back my car, and he called me back saying they are loading the truck now from ********* to ******* and I need to pay right away. I etransfer him $700. Since that I have been waiting for the update, but he did ignore me and I have to ask when my car will arrive. I texted him on December 7th and he said he will update me but nothing happened. I texted again on December 13th and he wrote me back this week and I waited until Friday December 16th it's the end of the week is my car there? He said you need to pay money to get your car, and I already paid. He sent me the invoice with false financial statement by increasing the towing fees to $250, while the cost was $140 and he never been able to provide me with the towing invoice. He is charging me for HST /GSTwhile I paid him in ******* Alberta.After telling him that I have the text message from the towing truck about the price. He said to me to go get my car in ********* after he lied to me and kept my car and money.I think it is dishonest to continue to deal with the same business.I hope you will be able to help me out to get my right.If you need more information, I will provide it.Thanks ***********************

      As per agreement all costs/transportations costs are plus taxes. We are waiting for the service rendered payment since NOV 20th 2022.

      We have an overdue balance of $819 due on the account. Please make payment asap to avoid any delay. The invoice was sent to you since November 20th 2022. Since we are waiting for payment.

      Due to non-payment vehicle is being delayed. The vehicle will not be released until we receive the balance payment for the services rendered and costs associated with your vehicle.

      Total Due: $1,389
      Please make payment ASAP.
      We only quote base rates, taxes are applicable on top as per agreement terms.
      The invoices are correct and therefore need to be paid in FULL ASAP.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I would like to respond to the letter written by Alberta Auto Transport to my complaint.
      First of all, it looks like they are not honest for saying I owe them money and also for car parking. I have ******** all the conversations I had with them prior to shipping my car and after I requested my car back to *******.
      Second of all, I lost my case with the dealership because of them not being able to deliver my car back to ******** on time since November 3rd, 2022.
      Third of all, I want the Alberta Auto Transport to provide you with a manifest when my car has arrived in ********* before I request it to be shipped back to *******, **.
      Fourth of all, Since I paid for the return shipping to *******, have they been able to ship my car back to *******?
      Fifth of all, they charged $250 for the towing, while I texted the same company for the quote from Alberta Auto Transport to my house the cost is $140. Where have they got that amount, if they are honest? 
      Sixth of all, I paid money in *******, and are charging me to pay GST/HST that shows how malicious they are with the intention to ***** money from the customer. Can they provide you with the invoice from the towing company? 
      Would you ask them to provide you with an explanation with their so-called invoices?
      They are charging me for parking per day while ignoring that they have deprived me of the right to use my car and because of them I lost my case against the dealership. Will  they be able to pay for that If I have to suit them for all the damage done?
      They never ship back my car in *******, while they lied to me I was supposed to get my car back on the week that ended December 18th,
       2022.
      Please all the screenshots of our conversation will tell who is a liar and who is telling the truth and the towing truck as well,

      In late July of this year i contacted Alberta Auto Transport *** to bring my fathers motorcycle back from ****** ******* to ******** as when he was traveling he got pneumonia and had to be admitted to the hospital and couldn't continue his trip. I paid them $1000 deposit via etransfer. They made excuses for 2 months of why they couldn't pick it us such as didn't have a big enough truck or the bike was too heavy for the truck they had. Finally i asked for my money back to hire another company to do it and now they wont return my calls, texts or emails. We eventually hired someone else and got the motorcycle back home. I'm sick they took my dad's money and wont' return it

      The company Alberta Auto Transport, I booked a drop and delivery for my car white ******* Venue from ******* to *********. I was told to make a deposit of $500 prior to the drop off. The car was dropped off on Friday September 23rd at **** *** *** in *********. I was told by **** for you that I had to make a reservation and pay for parking the car, $30 per day which was never express to me by Alberta Auto Transport. I paid for 1 day, they would cover the rest if needed. I was told car would get to ********* the following weekend. I arrived in ********* September 28th I reached out to ***************** Transport multiple time asking for update on my car and basically got a run around. Never a straight answer. On Saturday October 1, 2022, I got a call from them telling me my car has arrived in ********* and I need to pay the balance of $1630 for me to get the location and driver's contact info to pick up my car. They also stated to do it asap so I can avoided any storage fees which is $50 /day. Balance was paid on Oct 2nd. They got payment, I was told car will arrive Monday it did not. I have been in a back and forth with them and I am not able to get a concrete eta for my car. I was told this weekend of oct 8th. But I am scared, I might have to get the ****** involce aa well..They are very rude, unprofessional, give false information and over price with charges. Base on other ****** reviews so many others have the same issues. This so called company is a ***** and I am scared I will not be receiving my car. They do not answer my calls or give info. This has taken a toll on my mental health.

      I requested their service to ship my vehicle from ******* to BC at the beginning of June and paid a $500 deposit. It took them nearly 3 weeks to pick it up. I checked in with them multiple times per week and they were rude and aggressive each time. Very unprofessional - ****** ******** **** ******** ********** When I inquired I was told each time next week, next week. Its now been a month and a half from the date I gave the deposit and they cant tell me the whereabouts of my vehicle or the delivery date. They demand $3400 even though they quoted me half of that, and they will not meet me with my vehicle. Still dont have it today and theyre ghosting me now. I informed them this is ***** and contacted the ******. They referred me to you.I have many emails from Alberta Auto Transport but I ******** one particularly showing they were supposed to deliver the vehicle by the end of June. Its been over a month since then and I still dont have it.

      We are requesting the balance of payment due on the invoice sent to customer. He is refusing to pay for the services rendered and doesn't want to pay for transport. 

      It was advised that failure to make payment will result in delay in transport and additional storage charges $50/day to apply since date of invoice. The invoice was sent to customer on July 28th and since then we have not received any payment to clear the invoice. The customer is not paying and is causing delay to occur on purpose. 

      At this time we have a balance of total: $4,061.16 ( $2,941.16 plus $1,120 of storage till date from July 28 onwards)

      This amount will need to be cleared up before delivery. 

      customer is aware of the situation and we are waiting for the payment. Once payment is made vehicle will resume transport/release.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I am writing to you in response to a complaint that I made against Alberta Auto Transport. They submitted their reply to you and I am now submitting my reply to you.
      First of all the business is claiming that I must pay $4,000 for my vehicle shipment prior to releasing the vehicle to me or bringing it to my address. I requested their service back at the beginning of June to ship my vehicle from ********, ** to ******** , ** at a cost of $2000. This is what I budgeted for and this is what I can afford. I was told it would take approximately a week to receive it.
      Alberta Auto Transport took 3 weeks to pick up my vehicle from ******** and made me have the vehicle dropped off 20 minutes away from where I hired them to pick it up from. I then spent over a month trying to track down my vehicle and to get an ETA. The company lied to me multiple times and ignored my calls. They never told me when it supposedly arrived in ********, **. They kept telling me itll arrive next week, next week, next week. 
      The company then sent me an invoice for $3400 at the end of July. This is more than we agreed upon when hiring them and I did not budget for that. I told them I would pay the price we agreed upon. They have since added $600 for storage fees, even though they didnt tell me exactly where the vehicle is. How do I know that its actually arrived in ******** when they have given me the run around for 2 months now?
      At this point I was getting very suspicious and looked them up online to find out they have dozens of complaints identical to my story (Its clear that this company is a **** company and I have since been in touch with multiple other victims of their scheme. Some people have gone ahead and paid them and still havent received their vehicle weeks or months later. I havent seen my vehicle in months now and from their reviews I can see that others have complained of damage to the vehicle and ****s of KMs added to their vehicle. I do not trust their word anymore. Therefore, I am not going to send them any money until my vehicle is in front of my face and I can assess the condition of the vehicle. 
      I have shipped a vehicle before with another company and the standard is usually that you pay them for their service when they arrive and you can inspect the vehicle. I have never had an issue with a company like this before. I have now had to spend over $**** on rental cars over the last couple months since they took my car. My vehicle insurance and registration is now expired as of August, so the vehicle is not supposed to be on the road now. My insurance company wants me to bring the vehicle in to inspect to renew it (****).
      How I would like to proceed is for the company to ship my vehicle to **************** as agreed upon. At this point I will take 5 minutes to look at the vehicle and will pay them directly.
