    The end to end process of window selection, measurement, installation and ensuring customer satisfaction was handled well by **** and ****** at WeatherPro. Meeting with **** there were options to consider and determining the best fit for the whole house window replacement consisted of education and important choices on my part. **** and ****** both provided decision making support through their product knowledge and education of choices. The time spent upfront made all the difference to understanding the work, what was best for my home and my overall satisfaction.Installation and finishing the exterior was completed during cold weather conditions, care was taken to expeditiously install the windows, balance was achieved by minimizing impacts and the work completed that was needed as a result of the replacement. ****** and the installation team are an asset to WeatherPro..The choice of WeatherPro windows was through a referral and I would refer this team and so far, pleased with the quality of windows.

    One each large window at living and dinning rooms had been replaced by Weather Pro. The removal of the old Double Glass windows and replacement with the new Triple Glass windows was very well done. Good job Weather Pro and will recommend to my friend that needs windows replacement. And by the way, the price of the windows is very reasonable.

    Sales person promises more than company delivers. They will find any way possible to not follow up or fix the issues they caused or stand behind their products. At installation they broke tiles and stated that they would fix, but nothing was physically written down, so they will do nothing. We asked for a certain trim which the rep promised, yet they installed the wrong stuff and now state... Too bad... So sad... We will not replace or fix anything. every slider window scrapes the window and trim when you open them, in the winter time they freeze between the two sliders, there are gaps where you can actually see to the outside. My old windows were much better than theses. I have told many people that they will not stand behind their products and that their staff at the office for service isn't even in *******. Their service manager as well is rude and disrespectful and treated me like I was an idiot and didn't know anything. Stating that windows always freeze in the winter... Yes they do... But not in-between the sliding window panes... My old windows never had all these issues. I wish I never replaced the windows.

    Their work was substandard. They didnt understand what I was asking of them three times. I asked them to finish the bedroom window so I can get my vertical blinds back up three times they ignored me. They had to be off the premises at 4:30 as my husband had Advanced dementia. I sit with my husband 5 PM until hes a bed asleep. The storm doors slam shut one of them squeak when it opens. They left a lot of damage in my bedroom. The window is still letting cold air through, which was one of the reasons why I wanted a new window in , I had a roll of blind. My kitchen window does not fit anymore with all the gaps that was left around the storm doors repair jobs. I have to do *****. Is demanding payment to say the job is complete I refused because its not finished. There was no professionalism in there and sad news my husband died the 3 November I told Bohem My husband is being cremated Friday the 8 September And could you send someone around next week to finish the work properly? I am willing to pay 90% of whats Owing the 10% when the job was complete Ive had two *********** emails to say I have to pay the bill as The job is complete though I have sent him numerous photos the storm doors and not what I paid for overpriced and not working. I get a call from the office to say theyre sending someone in on Friday the eighth. I told receptionist my husbands being cremated that day and insisted that he comes and finishes the job and expecting payment when its done, I have filed a complaint with ******* ********* anyone that has issues with his company. I recommend you contact them the more they know about this company and their practises this is buyer beware . I never went for three quotes the salesman very nice man told me I would get a very good deal and a very good job so theyve never done anything. Ive had to repair all around my bedroom window. The one with the cold air Also they put a hole in my Closet door repair job bad. Very insensitive company very uncaring

    I recently had Weather Pro Windows & Doors replace 2 windows in my home being my main picture window was fogging up when moisture was getting in between the panes of glass making it hard to see outside. The whole process from management to staff was professional and always answered any questions I had. The installers were exceptionally good at their work and I could see they took great care to make everything right. The new windows looked so good that the following day from the installation I ordered 2 more windows to be installed. I am excited to see the final project. I recommend Weather Pro to everyone that wants quality and professional service.

    Had my windows done approximately a month ago. Sales person - great! Installers - great! However found an issue a couple of days after the install. Called got voice mail, no reply. Called a week later got reception was advised had to contact installers would call back - nothing. However, did received email saying needed to contact installers, and then nothing. Today made another call (4th) yup that is right, voice mail. Sunday will be a month since windows were installed, 4 calls to company and nothing. Seems like they do not care, hey they got their money, why follow up and keep customers. Looking at get doors replaced in future will NOT be calling them as their follow up *****.

    * ***** *** ******** ******* *** I signed order for all windows and door as triple glass June 29, 2023 Weather Pro received 15% deposit on June 29, 2023 Separate order form for the door June 29, 2023 I asked for a vent back door. This form does not specify glass. (the order with the windows has the door with triple glass) Tue, Oct 3, 2023, I received email to confirm installation for Oct 12, 2023 Installation began Thursday Oct 12, 2023 Installed the wrong trim: They came back and installed the correct trim after a few weeks. Text Ian (sales rep) 8am Oct 13, 2023 regarding the door not having vent, not being triple glass and the trim is wrong Ian said he tried but the order was to far along (order went in the same day he took my deposit) I email the office Oct 13, 2023 Received a call the following week. Nov 8 - At this point Ian will not respond to me. Back door I ordered triple pane + vent. I have two separate orders that show triple glass. They only provided double pane glass and refused to replace it or provide any credit. I requested a vent door June 29, 2023. I was informed on Oct 13, 2023 after it was installed, it was too far in production. This does not line up since I signed the order June 29, the same day they took my deposit. The door was not completed until Sept 27, 2023. Nov 30 ******* ****** emailed me "communication with Ian seems unnecessary at this stage" The biggest problem is communication. Ian made many promises but whenever there was an issue, he couldn’t be reached. Request for upper management to contact me email/text/call over 15 times over in 3 mths, was refused and deflected my question Dec 6, 2023 - Supervisor called - said she would call back the following day (never called back) Its Dec 11 and still no call back (requested via email Friday and Monday) Very disappointed customer.

We want to highlight that our committed manager is actively addressing all your inquiries and concerns. The post installation issues have already been resolved. The installation was successfully completed in accordance with the signed contract. We have previously communicated to you multiple times that the specific door you mentioned could not be manufactured. You had a 10-day period before production began to make any necessary changes to your order. Since there were no modifications made during that period, we proceeded with the production as outlined in the contract. Our manager did propose a solution to you, but it appears that you declined it.

    Awful - Installed basement windows that were not for my house , way too small and have to use 2x4's as shims and lots of foam to fill in the gaps. The installer knew they were not the correct windows but told me the office told him to install them anyway. They also installed kitchen windows and as I sit here I can see my blind dancing with the breeze that is coming thru their installation. Not BBB accredited , wonder why?
