  Horrendous company!!! They deserve no stars!!!! Run as fast as you can from them!!! Like the other reviews said, they are scammers!! They came in to my mother's house, and took advantage of a senior! They robbed her of done personal possessions while they were cleaning and doing maintenance on her furnace and vents. It's now costing her what they charged her plus over $7000 in valuables plus $1000 in insurance claims. Please don't use this company. They don't care who they hire!

  I've had service by this company in the past, both as part of Sears' annual maintenance program and after Sears closed. Most recently, I had furnace, air ducts, hot water tank inspection & cleaning done, in addition to some minor repair work to my humidifier and electronic filter. Work that was done was discussed at length and billed accordingly, except that there was a fuel surcharge added that was not mentioned as part of the inspection/cleaning package. The technicians were polite, efficient and cleaned up afterwards appropriately. The office called a few days later to review/explain the invoice and answer my questions. My recommendation is that the office/technicians be more transparent/explanatory about what is on their bill (labour, parts, fuel surcharge) and show the customer what the ducts/furnace/hot water tank look like before/after cleaning (part of their checklist, actually). Writing out the bill could also be done in a neater, more legible manner so as not to require "translation".

  This company is scamming our seniors. They present themselves as previously being sears furnace and duct cleaning.When the salesman came to the door he tried to sell my 77 year old smart mother an electronic filter, a humidifier and a germicidal unit she said no I just want my furnace and ducts cleaned multiple times. He said he needed to call his boss my mother also told him multiple times I just want the furnace and ducts cleaned. When she went downstairs to see what was going on they were installing an electronic filter which was not authorised. In the end they gave her two invoices one for $556 for cleaning & sanitising the furnace and ducts and one for additional charges which she refused to pay because they were not authorized by her

  Recently had this company. The adviser made false promises about what the service would be. Upon completing the job I was handed an additional bill of $481 of things that to my understanding should have been included in the original estimate. Also caught them trying to instal an electronic filter that DEFINITELY was not agreed upon. The additional bill that I had not agreed upon was charged to my credit card without my consent and without my signature! This company should be shut down! SENIORS BEWARE!!!
