      On July 3, 2022 I purchased a flight and reserved seating with Flair airlines from Calgary to Abbotsford. The flight was scheduled for July 4th, 2022 at **** seat number 2F. I also requested wheelchair assistance.
      Upon arriving to the airport, I was told by the ticketing agent there were no wheelchairs available and would not be available for some time. In any case, I stood in the long line and walked myself to the gate in great agony. Once boarding, I realized the ticketing agent had changed my seat from the one I booked (2F) to 12F where it was quite difficult to get to my seat because of my disability. Just before takeoff, the flight attendants told everyone on the plane that the front of the plane was empty, so people may move seats if desired. Looking towards the front of the plane, I could see it was empty with only 4 people occupying seats. I was unable to move seats at this time, again, due to my disability. The seat I purposely reserved made it easier for boarding and unboarding the plane so I paid and extra $37.50. I do not know why my seat was changed when clearly the front of the plane was empty. I have tried to notify Flair airlines numerous times and unable to get ahold of anyone via chat not telephone. On their website, it states no refunds for seats, however you may be entitled to a credit. I do not fly often, this was an emergency due to my disability therefore want a full refund. This was 100% the airlines fault and I will not accept a credit. Flair Airlines needs to accept responsibility for their mistake and refund my credit card. *********** ****** ******
