      My car was broken into on Boardwalk property between Oct 10-14 2022. My car was parked in boardwalk underground parking lot which i have been paying monthly fee of $25 for the past 3 years for their parking service. The passenger end side glass was all broken. My designer travel bag is stolen and my GPS monitor is stolen. I am Not worried about the stolen items but I need Boardwalk to fix or compensate me for my broken glass expenses as soon as possible. I don't have theft or glass insurance and since I have been paying for parking lot, it's Boardwalk responsibility to cover the expense caused at their facility which is causing immense inconvenience for my entire family. I am not able to use my vehicle because of the broken window. This is causing alot of inconvenience for me and my children. I talked with ******* in the Boardwalk office and just like always she doesn't want to listen or help me resolve my problem. She either tries to put it on my insurance (which doesn't covers glass damage) or she tells me that i gave Boardwalk the permission to break my window and steal my stuff by signing the lease. Which is completely unacceptable and senseless. I paid for parking service and if the security was not good enough which lead to my car being vandalized, it puts Boardwalk liable. And its only right thing to help me fix my car. I need to talk with a manager or someone in headoffice who can help me with this issue as soon as possible. ** ***** ****** ** ************* I'm attaching my damage car pictures with this email.       Our team has been communicating directly with the complainant regarding their concerns about their vehicle repair. While the situation is unfortunate, as per our signed lease Boardwalk does not hold any liability towards any vehicle damage or theft in their parking lots or parkades; which is acknowledged and agreed to by our resident at the time of signing the lease. We are currently working together towards a resolution with our resident.
