      If it was possible I would give a 0 star rating for this business because that is all they deserve . These people are so greedy that they are chasing all the low income seniors out of the building and making it more difficult for the ones that are left to get around in the building. %They installed a new buzzer system that doesn't work 90% of the time.

      Boardwalk at kew place in ******** gave me a warning for loud base sound(Noise).Ive been living here for 6 years and never had anyone complaint about Anything and all of a sudden they gave me notice which I dont believe is true.I live with my son our tv is never that loud that you can hear it from outside.plus they said it was daytime.i mostly work daytime.so I dont know what noise they heard.I dont know how come they Are giving me this notice I talked to customer service and they said there was numerous complain from your neighbors.but my question is if there was compalins then how come kew place never called me to gave me a verbal warning??When i talked to the lady ****** at kew place she said she heard noise herself that my son is playing video games so loud and which is totally a lie because my son only plays on his ipad and nitendo.he never play on video game.so I dont know if they are mistaken from some other apartment and by mistake gave the notice to me or what .i asked her if she heard the noise than how come she never called me and straight away she lied that she did call so i asked her when did she call and than she was like oh maybe i didnt call you.I talked to 3 different people and asked to to check with my neighbors if they can also hear noise coming from my apartment but no one got back to **** end up asking my neighbours myself and they said they never heard any noise coming from my apartment.This seems like they just blaming me for something which is not true.because i never watch tv loud.and how loud can a tv be that my neighbours can hear it.?So if boardwalk can look into this and talk to all my neighbours and see if they ever heard any noise from my apartment.
