    We were having issues with our washing machine. We contacted Advance Appliance Ltd. They came out to investigate our issue and provided a diagnosis. They offer a 90 day warranty. After the technician replaced the part he claimed was the issue, we attempted to use our washing machine and now the issue was worse. Our machine now continuously turns off, while previously the machine would just not spin during spin cycle. Tech came out 3 times then diagnosed another part needed to be replaced, although the original issue wasn't even resolved from the initial parts replacement. We asked to get a refund as our issue had not been resolved after paying $555 and they claim to have a 90 day warranty. The reception said they would speak to the owner regarding our concern and request. They send us an EMAIL to advise that they won't be able to give us a refund as they claim our issue is due to the different nature of the issue discovered after the visit. However, our original issue was not even fixed and after the tech replaced the part they claimed was the problem, our washing machine was worse than prior to their visit. We have tried to call the business a few times but they are not answering our calls. The line just rings and rings. Very disappointing and unprofessional on all levels. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be referring any business to Advance Appliance Ltd. We entrusted this company to fix our issue and basically threw $555 down the drain when we couldve put this money towards a new washing machine. I would be very cautious before contacting this company as they dont seem to be very concerned about customer resolution or customer satisfaction.

Initially, ************** was called out to address the problem with the washer. This issue was resolved, and the work carried out is covered under our 90-day warranty.However, when you contacted us again, ************** found a different issue and we responded promptly we made several visits to rectify it. Despite our best efforts, we discovered that the part needed to fix this new problem is not available and has been discontinued by manufacturers. Consequently, we are unable to continue with the repair on the new issue ************** found a process for this particular issue.We cannot refund the labor and parts costs incurred during the initial repair of the drain motor. To give you a clearer picture, here's a summary of the work carried out:1. ) ************** RJ visited your premises on Friday, the 5th, from 9:43 to 10:21. The diagnosis was a faulty drain pump that needed replacement. You agreed to proceed.2.) Technician LR visited on Wednesday, 10th, from 16:09 to 16:29 to install the new drain motor. Post-installation tests were conducted to ensure no leaks occurred.3.) Subsequent visits were made for reassessment after you reported an intermittent stop issue. It was found that the push button switch was faulty, but unfortunately, this part is no longer available.We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We communicated this information to you via email as it allows us to document everything clearly, ensuring transparency and ease of reference.Despite the challenges, we remain committed to providing satisfactory service to our customers.
