    I had a windshield replacement done and the glass place they used chipped my side pillars, scratched my roof and drivers door as well as left glass all over the dash and front seats. After a long drawn out ordeal nothing has been done besides the service manager making promises that it will "look good as new" and that they would also detail the inside due to the glass. I drop my car off which I was told by the service manager ****** would go to the body shop and they would take care of it. ****** stated in previous conversations that the glass shop said they would take care of it no problem by getting the body shop to fix it. I show up to pick my car up and ****** flat out lies to my face that it went to the body shop and they said that's what they do. Then he says actually we just washed it here and I used a paint pen(which made it look like I have paint bubbles ??)Then he tells me they didn't have time to do the interior clean.....why I booked it 3 weeks previous and it was there all day and never left. They are now saying nothing happened and it was rock chips. Can't wait for the chunked out spots to rust.....Yay me. Watch your vehicle while it's here people.

    Sundance Mazda takes great pride in keeping customer vehicles in a safe environment and in returning vehicles to customers in clean condition. When the customer reached out to us with these issues, we responded that if this was something we or the glass replacement service was responsible for we would fix it.When the vehicle was brought back in, it was determined that the damage was due to rock chips. The glass replacement service had removed the windshield from the inside of the vehicle and never touched the damaged (chipped) areas of the vehicle. We cleaned the vehicle and applied touch-up paint to the rock chips as goodwill.

    Well it was my moms first time buying a brand new vehicle and of course I didnt want to send anything through email I told her to get it through email for I can look it over for her and make sure shes not getting ripped off, they tried to sell her on that we are a family owned business and we wont rip anyone off however they charged her **************************************************************************************** wait also they charged her on a separate line $899 for ppf roof strip which is A RIP OFF! $2100 for ppf We called around and we can almost get a full vehicle down for the price they charged along with NAV AND WIRELESS charging was on the build sheet and on the Internet page and the vehicle did not come with it so now theyre trying to contact Mazda and they still havent solved the issue for us, we have gave them over a week in business days
