1 starMetCredit has been calling me about an account I dont have. They ****** me 10 times a day and when I try to explain I dont have the saod account they wont listen but yell at me. They have gone ahead and added that to my credit which is going to impact my credit score. I need help to stop this craziness. ThanksReview fromLawrence C

I receive a call daily from a recorded line asking me to call back or it puts me on hold immediately. They are looking for the right person so I started to communicate by email. They claimed I owed an outrages amount on a cell phone bill. I simply asked for the contract in which I signed proving how it would have come to that amount. Now all I get from them is threats but still no contract with proof! Any advice? So I took it upon myself to go to the carrier themselves and funny enough they offered me their services in full! Meaning cell phone services. This is an interesting matter considering they are accredited by the BBB but can not provide a single document and their own customers are over stepping them.MetCredit

You have not spoken to anyone here, however you did receive a notice in the mail. If the account has been paid prior to the client assigning the file, please email proof of payment to ************************************ We can have the client investigate whether they have made an error of the assignment. This company continues to call me for identity theft of a credit card taken out in my name (all noted on my credit file). I have filed with the anti fraud site both credit reporting companies and talked to the head office of the company in which the card was taken out in my name all have said no further action was needed and it was dealt with so I am not sure why metcredit feels like they should be harassing an already victim in this matter. Maybe they need to review if harassing someone is still needed and look into what identity fraud is.MetCredit
