1 starIve been getting numerous calls from Metcredit all completely different numbers and asking for someone that isnt me. Tried explaining it to one of them but it was like talking to a brick wall then they got hostile and now I get 5+ calls a day and multiple text messages from them. This is legit harassment that doesnt even involve me I have 0 debt to be collected cause I have none so stop spamming my phone with your false claims about x amount owedReview fromJane D

1 starI receive up to 5 calls PER DAY, EVERYDAY. I wish I was exaggerating that. Not only that, but there is 3 different "collection companies" trying to make deals with me. All the same file numbers, same day, diffrent amounts. They also email, so on any given week, its about ************************** The greatest thing is, I paid my so called debt in 2019, with the company. I have the records and the recorded phone calls saved. This hit on my credit hasent affected me at all. Keep calling!! I'll keep declining.Review fromEddy J.

1 starAs a property manager, I don't have time to waste with a collection agency that cannot keep records or provide detailed information about an invoice that is 30 days late. Once we had the invoice number we quickly paid the ****** dollar bill, three weeks later they started trying to collect again! Their mishandling of the account has ruined any Chance of maple Leaf Appliances getting any further business from Remax-**************************** Don't ruin your business image and use this disorganized company, it's easier to call the clients and have them send payment, sometimes invoices miss the check run and payment schedules. First off, ***** also seems to be a problem and MetCredit has no problem harassing people in their name, here is an Email i just received from a MetCredit agent ****************************) i sent them an email 2 or 3 days ago asking about making a payment at the end of the month of ******* ******* what will be my Total at the end of the month so i know the amount to pay, i also asked if they accept paypal as a option of payment, because wit the Numerous amount of spelling mistakes i get in the emails they send and the constant "Ridiculous" statements they make just shy of Threats, i would not want them to have access to any Credit card i may have, as they might sell that information to some ******** in *******. the reason im making this report is because they are very unprofessional and every time i sent them an email they just send threats back like "pay now or your credit will suffer, or pay now or we will have to go forward" they also charge Daily interest, which is insane, how are you able to just keep adding to debt in order to keep people down, and that the government allows this. Its absurd i even have to take the time to write a review, since this is the first review i have written on ***, i just had to let my view on the matter shown because i think MetCredit should be charged or sued for the Very Threatening and harassing tactics they take to try and scare people into paying or the fact that they just keep adding to the total until you cant even pay it anymore. My final thoughts is MetCredit should bee condemned and all its employees retrained in Human Decency. 0/100 would not ever associate with ever.wish i could rate lower then 1 star, they deserve zero stars

You are not obligated to Advise me of anything, if that was the case, you would send me either daily/weekly emails based on the total amount owing and Possible ways to pay. but your emails are erratic and all over the place, the last two emails was me reaching out to you guys at Metcredit, and then when i was looking to possible get information on making payment, you proceed to take that as a challenge to see how you can **** off someone so they take longer to pay based on how Rude your Employees are, and causing them to have to pay more in the long run, or pushing them to bankruptcy. The email contacts are very threatening and uncalled for, you have zero human individual respect ( https://imgur.com/a/yfhSM3E ) this imgur link is a screenshot showing your "contact" with me, you want to talk about sending proper information, then make it a scheduled thing that makes sense. 1 starRude rude !!! Agreed on a settlement that was my debt no argument ! Keeping my end of the agreement metripoff did not keep their end the the deal just talk in circles .but for those reps that i dealt with just remember KARMA IS A WONDERFUL THING MY BESTReview fromArlene J
