    First Onsite began work on my home in Oct 2019 to restore water damaged flooring and kitchen cabinets. They ripped out all my flooring in Nov 2021 and did not replace the floor until March 2022 It is now Jan 2023 I still don't have kitchen cabinets.Draw your own conclusion about management in this company.

    It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. They have made the last 2 months h*** I have never seen such an unreliable, inconsiderate and poorly done job. Atleast 7 times they said they were coming, I waited all day for a no show. Multiple calls to their project manager and texts with no responses. The project manager made every excuse possible including throwing her own workers under the bus and blaming them. The employee working said he could have it done no problem by a certain date if I was able to prolong my delivery and install of furniture. On said date the employees no showed again. The day after they didnt come and clean up their stuff until 5 pm. They also had a fan on while they sanded which in turn sent mudding dust all over my entire house. They did not put on the baseboards, nor hook up the lights. They painted part of the wall with a different color. They left huge pieces of drywall outside my outside and are no where to be seen to clean this up and no response again. Please do not use this company, they are a joke.
