      I bought office chair ********************************************************************************* 30$. I ask them to replace damage parts only. they refuse it. And keep telling that it because of use. paid 250$ for chair and start getting damage in few months mean something wrong with product. I highly no recommend this palace to by furniture. Management is worse. And they don't want honor warranty at all. start with 20$ and goes up to 30$. That is there policy .

      Never ever buy from here if you don't want to feel cheated.The sales staff misinformed me about the number of packages it came in. They assured me that it would fit in an SUV, but when I went to the warehouse, I was told I needed a bigger van. This wasted two hours on my weekend, and I had to pay an extra $70 for a larger vehicle.After I received the furniture, I opened the box in my garage and discovered a large scratch on the front of the couch. I contacted their store and customer service, but the store didn't seem to care, and their customer service team made excuses for three days. Even though I sent simple iPhone photos, they claimed they couldn't open them.Frustrated with their excuses, I requested a replacement at their cost, as I had received horrible customer service.They declined and then I contacted their store to enquire about the curbside pickup of the old one and delivery of the replacement piece at my expense. The manager wasn't available but the store rep said now they will also charge me separately for pickup over and above the delivery! So, it seemed that they were only interested in making extra money on delivery!Ultimately they presented me with two options: accept the couch as is for a meagre refund of $70 or spend additional money for a replacement. Since I didn't want to spend extra money, I reluctantly accepted the refund. However, this doesn't mean I was satisfied with the offer. Additionally, when I unboxed the couch, I discovered a significant scratch at the bottom corner, indicating wear and tear.So, the point here is they tried to sell a rejected piece of furniture without disclosing those details upfront and when confronted they tried to showcase a $70 refund as a "decent discount" after providing such terrible service demonstrating how little they value their customers.Also, the coffee table I purchased took nearly five hours to assemble due to errors in the instructions.

      I posted the following review: This is a place where the furniture may look good but looks are misleading. ********************* There!!! 2 years ago we bought a sectional with two lazy-boy chairs. Today the cushions on the lazy-boy chairs are not usable anymore. Clearly.be smart and KEEP AWAY from ifurniture Shortly after I received a reply from the owner stating that this type of sectional has not been in the store for the last four years and asked for invoice info which I sent to them. It looks like they dont know what they are selling. My invoice info proved I was correct. To date I HAVE NOT HEARD from IFurniture. So now we cannot use the lazy-boy chairsthe main reason we purchased the sectional. Definitely this is NOT THE ***** to purchase your furniture!
