My furnace quit on a very cold winter day. I called Romaniuk and they sent a tech out about and hour later. Part was hard to find and it was a very old furnace so the next day, I met with a person to speak with me about a new furnace. We decided on a new furnace and they had one out to me the very next morning (a weekend). The *********, ******* and **** were great! I would definitely recommend Romaniuk Heating.**************

5 starsI had Romaniuk replace all Polybutylene water lines in my house with PEX lines. Work was completed by two technicians over two days as per their ************** of their competitors had provided an estimate based on three technicians over three days which resulted in a final amount almost double what was charged by Romaniuk. Romaniuk will definitely be my first call for any *************** repairs.Review fromJune O

2 starshey, mine is a different review. cause if you want it done right on the 3rd time and take off 6 days for them to get it right then by all means ... city inspectors failed them 3 times. and if you want the time when they are supposed to show up adjusted without you knowing by 3 hours and then drive away without telling you they arrived then by all means... i am very disappointed in their service and honesty. :(Review fromSue B

Once awhile back they sent a tech over to fix my furnace. They tech shows up late, starts working on my furnace. Discovers I need a new part, says he does not have that part with him. With a cheery I will be back in the A. M. with that part sir. **** day a diffrent guy shows up, with no idea of whats going on with my furnace. After the man flounders around making a call to see whats going on, I show him the part, he fixes it. No communication between techs, Real proffesional service there makes me wonde if i will call them again I say to myself. A few monthes later I call them again, thinking the first time was probably a one time thing, I discovered a leak from my bidet toilet seat. My toilet seat is leaking I state, ohh we will be there between 6 and 10 sir, ohh sorry thats 7 to 10 sir and he will call before he comes over. I sit here all nite waiting for the tech to show up. Around 10:15 P.M. I get a call, Its the same person who set the appointment. Hello I am sorry but we can not make it tonite we will have to set you up for another day.. With a we are doing you a real favour here ********. I said but I have a leak now and i get I am sorry sir, but thats the best i can do reply. I dont know much about plumbing, but in my experience a little leak turns into a big one if left unattended, sooner or later. So never mind you have an emergency going on here just be happy we can come at a later date, because your service need is really not that important to us, but if you need some major work like new pipes or a furnace installation or something, we will sure to be there right away sir,. 5 stars***** did a very though job conducting a maintenance inspection of our furnace/hot water tank/air conditioning. I appreciated the tips he provided for things that I could do to maintain the equipment throughout the year. Very knowledgeable person!
