    Having bought a house six months ago, I recently received a notice concerning an uninspected rear staircase. The staircase, which is over 7 feet in height, was installed without prior notification. It appears they added it post-inspection to avoid the necessity of constructing a stage, as such structures aren't permitted if the height exceeds 2 feet. I've now received a notice from the city about the uninspected staircase, and if I don't secure the backdoor, I could face a fine of 100K. This situation is quite frustrating, and despite reaching out via email, Rohit has not responded.

    Landscaping Nightmare - They retain a deposit of 2500$ to ensure you finish the backyard and front yard as per their guidelines. I finished that and they don't provide any status. There is no phone number to follow up, only a general email from Gradingrohitgroup, to which they don't reply either. I submitted it in September and no answer yet despite following up every week.My advice, run away from them, they play games with your money. Worst customer service ever.By the way, it is not only me, several of my neighbors are in the same situation.

    I wouldnt even give this a 1 star review, unfortunately that is the minimum.I rented with Rohit in Seton ******* for almost 2 years, personally i had the WORST rental experience I have ever had. Since day 1 there has been NOTHING but issues, with the house and the Rohit maintence people (Mulu, Saif, Shiv) first off - I had to live in a hotel twice because my unti was not ready and had issues.- the outlets in the island did not work, as they installed the live wire and left it on the ground ...- my furnace broker mid winter in -40 and they couldnt repair it for over a week - my garage door broke 4 times, they then asked me to move everything out of my garage to fix it, i declined - my utilities specifically my electrical meter was actually my neighbors and i was paying their enmax bill for 6 months in the winter, Rohit came multiple times to tell me i am crazy, ended up getting enmax there myself to tell me their builders submitted the documents to the city wrong - my dishwasher broke multiple times and would never drain wrong, mulu came 3 times and said nothing was wrong, i called ******* myself and was told they installed it crooked so it was not draining. - water damage because they didnt seal anything properly - they will also try and steal your entire deposit when you move out even if you leave the place perfect.- when we initially moved in the house was NOT even clean -townhouses have ZERO airflow, so in the summer you will not be able to use your upstairs. - terrible overall experience, CHEAP builds, poor customer service, terrible houses.
