    We bought our hottub in 2009, and Sun *** has been fantastic to deal with. Any repairs we've needed have been done quickly and without recall. **** has been really helpful and friendly, and has given me plenty of good advice.

    Took our money for a hot tub cover, stating a 3-4 week around we are now nine weeks in, and still no product. they refuse to refund our purchase and say we will have to wait another 3-4 weeks. salesman ****** is rude and hard to deal with. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company.

    Great local company. manufacturer of their own hot tubs, they service them , sell supplies and even covers. Great service *********************

    I placed a deposit of $2500 on OCT 14th 2021. I was given only an estimated delivery date for spring 2022. When that time came, I called Sun Ray Hot Tubs & Patio to inquire about delivery time of the hot tub. I was told not only by the employee but also by the manager that it will now be delivered fall 2022. I called again at that time and was given the same "lack" of an answer. I wrote a ****** review of the business' poor service and customer service. The ***** of the ********************** called me shortly afterward and explained the same response of COVID delays, the location of manufacture was having difficulties, etc. As of today, August 24, 2023, we have yet to receive the hot tub nor any given any information regarding delivery.

    I have had numerous problems with my hot tub since I hadn't used it for 3 years. **** and *** were so helpful and walked me through the repair process in a timely manner. They saved me hundreds since I didn't need a service call. I highly recommend Sunray Spas!
