  The worst company ever. How can you have an auto finance company but not promptly remove liens or help customers with buy outs. Any new car dealer that uses this company to manage loans should be ashamed of them selfs. Most un professional company Ive ever dealt with.

  REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!, these people sit on their behinds doing nothing in the office. how does it take more than 10 days to get a lean release. DO NOT GO WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DRAG THEIR FEET.

  First off after reading these reviews, I notice that every one mentions financing their vehicles. Every vehicle that I obtained from ******* was a LEASE with a risidual buyout at the end of the term.This means that if you don't want the vehicle at the end of the term you can just simply give it back. If you want to keep your vehicle then you can renegotiate the residual terms. I agree that Yes Plan are 100% crooks, I will be starting a legal battle with them shortly with regards to a lease that ends early this year. I paid my lease payments on time and in full throughout the full term. When I contacted Yes Plan about the procedure for returning the vehicle at lease end I was told I still have another 36 months on my lease! I asked them to provide me any or all contracts that can justify their claim and they have never gotten back to me yet. The only contract that I signed was the one I signed at the time we leased the vehicle.

  Terrible company with the worst customer service. I called in while trying to do a full payout and was interupted by ******, told I just kept rambling, and when I requested not to be called sir, because I'm a ma'am, she put a note on my account to not call me either "because it's disrespectful". I told her that wasn't necessary because I am trying to pay the account off entirely and won't have an account with them any longer, and she placed me on a hold so I could collect myself....Absolutely wild experience, only to find out that if they take extra money from your bank account due to error on their own end, they won't return the over payment. Thank goodness I have an amazing dealership that is willing to deal with Yes Plan on my behalf so I never have to talk to them again, what horrible customer service just for asking why a payout quote had suddenly risen after payments made..

  Yes I totally agree with all these bad comments, Yes Plan Auto are the worst financial institution I have ever came across, so once you stop making payments towards the vehicle and call them to come pick it up because you just cant afford to pay for it anymore and now Yes Plan Auto is sueing for what is remaining of what I owe after I have told them that I no longer wish to pay for. What kind of financial Auto dealer are they? Are they drug dealers, like if you dont pay, they will get their money no matter what, like how stupid can an Auto Finance be.

  I agree with everyone. Stay away from these crooks, they charge the most insane, unethical interest rates.. They love to take advantage of people in need. As everyone is stating, stay away from these crooks. They don't give a sh*t about anyone but themselves. My vehicle is paid off already, now I have 2 years left which is all interest. it is honestly not worth it at ********* with these guys, please stay away.They aren't at all ********, and a disgrace to ****** and all us people.

  Bunch of power tripping scumbags that think high of themselves, they are the biggest scam I have ever dealt with, pieces of s*** in every shape and form. Dont deal with them at all take my advice

  If I could give these guys zero stars, but still write a comment of WARNING. I would. This company has absolutely zero compassion, and nothing makes sense with them! They require more money for their finance team to give you a print out of your history and transactions. The accounts manager is on a complete power trip, and loves to take advantage of people who think are doing things correctly to find out that they arent. I not only had my vehicle threatened to be turned off because of what I thought was only a $32.80 outstanding balance, to find out they have somehow charged me three times that amount. And there is no explanation! These guys will do everything and anything to take everything you have, belittle you, and make you feel like absolute garbage. Stay away!

  Please!!!! What ever your situation or even your last resort, please avoid this company the best you can. Very heartless predatory lenders who love to tale advantage of people trying to build their credIt. They lie verbally and pressure to sign a contract that doesn't back up their word. I was in a very vulnerable time in my life and I really need a vehicle and they clearly understood that this was an opportunity for them to take advantage of me at over 33% interest throughout the full term so paying it off early I still had to pay the interest.
