    We recently relocated from *********** ** to *******. Very big move for us as we have never moved long distance before and we grew up in *******. ******** was great to deal with and was very responsive. The shipment took about 2.5 weeks to arrive but that was ok as we were waiting for our rental unit to be painted. I was overall very happy with the service from start to finish.

    I would give them half a star if I could-my reasons:1. Moved my shipment from ******** to ******, which took over a month.2.When shipment arrived, I got a call from one of the dispatchers saying the delivery had scheduled the next, but will confirm the time in the coming hours. I went on passing my CC info on the phone for payment. As the day was almost at the end, I decidedly called CNVL to find out about the delivery time; all the sudden, the person on the phone declined that it was him even though I recognized his voice and said that the delivery was scheduled the following week(Friday). So, basically, the dispatcher used the pretext(delivery scheduled next day) to get me paid in advance. How, unprofessional and disrespectful.3. couple days before Friday, I got a call saying that my shipment delivery has been moved to next week because of, apparently, there had only one truck to delivery in ******** and ********/****** so they start first with ********. I had to argue the agent on the phone.5. Finally, my shipment showed up on Wednesday(the week after). Everything looked fine at the beginning, small scratches from here and there, mostly on my 6-piece queen ******** Then there were the 2 steel rails, which help hold the mirror to a dresser missing that the whole queen ******* obsolete and useless.6. Made a claim which came more than 2 months(8 weeks) after, with a settlement of $30 out of $400 I claimed(this was just an estimated i made to get the claim resolved faster). Apparently, I deserved it because I didnt buy the insurance coverage.7. I would admit- they got a good customer service(agent-reason why i gave out the 1 star), but please don't get fooled.I wish I did my due diligence. Truly disappointed in doing business with CNVL!!!!!
