      I bought an **** **** Left Hand *********************** Door Assembly Kit ***** on October 18, 2024 but once the butterfly wire installed to the metal screw, it cannot be s**** on to the thermocouple rendering the entire part defective. I returned the part on October 19, 2024 but they asked the clips to be returned before the refund. We returned the clips on October 22, 2024 but they refused to return the items. The defective part caused us to pay for the labor and entire water heater.

      Hello,

      Amre Supply is a retail/wholesale company that sells replacement parts to servicers and home owners. 

      A retail customer placed an online order for ***** **** **** left hand thermocouple & manifold door assembly. They are not professional servicemen. 

      There is nothing wrong with the part. What they said didn't work, I showed them it worked.

       For this customer, we told them it's no problem for a refund. All they need to do is return all parts. There is a clip that is missing that the customer said was still installed on their end. 

      They sent their parents in to try and get a refund but don't speak any English. One of our employees who speaks the same language was trying to help them,  but they are very aggressive and not willing to listen. 

      I also offered to charge a restocking fee if they are not going to return the missing parts as we won't be able to sell the assembly again without it.

      They ended up coming into the store and returning the missing part and our team issued credit on 10/28/2024.

      Exact same situation like most people experienced. They sell stuff that's NOT in stock and label them "in stock". Took your money and try to keep it. I'm not interested in refund. I want the product I bought!!!

      I called there 1-800 number to look up a part for a stove. They looked up the wrong part, took my money and left me hanging. Too bad so sad we have your money good luck. Electrical parts are not returnable. They accept no responsibility for there actions, no remorse or customer service. They never explained to me that it was non-returnable.
