      On the phone I ordered a circuit board for my dryer. When I received it, it was the wrong board. I thought I was getting the main board but I received the front board. I wanted to exchange it but was told no returns on electrical parts. I was not told this while purchasing it. I did not use the part but they will not help me. I will never buy a part from this company again. I am out $315 with a broke down dryer.

      I found my product on their site and ordered 2 of them. The shipping is more than the one item but I am ok with that. But in waiting for a response after getting a email and taking my money, it says special order. Once again I am ok with that. The only thing is that when I track my order number on their site there is no order number. Ok so what happened to my money? I believe this company is a scam. Tried to contact them through the chat that popped up. Said they were closed but it was within their chat times. I will try to contact them by phone because I don't believe they care about the orders they are taking. So until I find out what is going on I would highly suggest avoiding all ordering on their website. Something is amiss here and I will be calling the fraud department of the **** if necessary. Maybe even a visit to the store as well.
