  It's a scam. They take your money and do nothing. Tech arrives April 9 and no tools. Phones my dishwasher model number to someone then says it is a sensor fault. $450 plus tax and have to order part. I agree and pay $157.50 deposit. They order the part and say they will call me April 15 to schedule repair. I hear nothing from them for weeks. I try to email but email address on the invoice is wrong. Phone number on the invoice is not the one I called and is not an Alberta number and does not contact the company. I find out the correct email and contact them. I am told the parts is still enroute - meanwhile I have verified it is available on Amazon 3 day delivery. I told them it is hard for me to trust them when all contact info on the invoice is incorrect, they do not follow through on their stated intentions and make no attempt to contact me at all. Rather than get the repair going, they offer to refund 1/3 of my money. Days go by and no money. I send another email assuring them I will file a report here. At this point I expect a full refund since they cancelled the job. I got my partial refund via etransfer minutes later. Then an email with a valid phone number I could call if concerned. I called and attempted to explain the situation but was rudely interrupted so he could tell me his position. I listened as he explained how restocking and shipping was costing more than the money he kept. He cancelled the job not me, should not be my fault nor my expense. He simply stated that 'he' did not cancel it. So someone else in the company did but the guy who is managing them takes zero responsibility for that. Never use this company, it is a scam

  Had them come out and look ar oven .element burnt out. When I called was told service call would be 75. Dollars. I agrred. When so called technician got here looked at it. Put something in his pho e , told us couldn't be repaired. Parts not available. Then charged 85. Dollars. Called there office and asked again what service call price was. Again told 75. Took Manager 3 days to call me back, said they would Etransfer money back. This was kn Dec.21. Still no money. Have called nu erous times and told Manager not available. Will call back. Today Jan.17 still no call. All this over 10 dollars. A shoddy business. Would not trust them to stand behind anything they do. The Technician name was *********. This group are frauds and have no business class .
