      I had a contract with the ******* division for my upcoming move. I had already paid my deposit and had confirmation with them regarding price, number of men and number of trucks. They called and said oops it's $80 more/hour. I said I have already paid a deposit on an agreed upon contract which I confirmed with them 3 times. Their response was pay the money or go find another company.

      Showed up on time, quickly review with us what items we wanted move and said how they would proceed. Put a protective carpet on stairs before moving anything. No problems encountered and it seemed in no time they were finished. Before the last few items were loaded they asked I checked the other rooms to ensure all designated items had been loaded. We had just had the house painted inside and not one scratch on the walls. Again they made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction before they left.A no stress move!

      The guys were great and had me moved in record time there was no damage to my belongings as they treated them like their own. Great service and friendly staff.

      Professional. Very good communication. Punctual. **** went above and beyond. Hard working, efficient and I would definitely give them 5 stars. Everything arrived in one piece and through 34 degree heat they worked hard to unload and all with a great attitude.

      Ive used Two Small Men with Big Hearts every time I move! Theyre efficient and take care with my possessions (furniture included).In most of my moves, they set up the furniture (set up bed, put mirrors on dressers) took an extra wee bit of time..but so appreciated it (Im on my own)

      Had three good men, *************C, ******, and ********************** efficient, nothing damaged, put boxes in the fight rooms, didnt break anything and were very courteous. Thanks guys. Had your outfit before in ********* and were happy then also.

      I was actually able to speak with someone on first call & not leave voice or online message with no return call. What a bonus to be able to speak with their reps and book almost immediately. The guys called before arrival & moved contents w/o incident. Also, price discount was offered due to relocation before end of month. Another bonus!Will call them first for any future moves.
