On oct. **/24, I bought a 2020 GMC ****** 1500, the salesman only drove it half way ahead at an angle so I couldn't get between the two vehicles, the sun was bright and the truck was very polished, almost hard to look at, the truck is dark blue so without getting on your knees to look, the rock chips are hard to see, I made the deal and on way home I stopped at friends and as we looked at truck saw the odd chip then when looking closer the bottom 18" on each side is like it's sand blasted, I called the sales manager and he said take it to auto body for estimate, so I did and the estimates were $****. and $****. respectively, the sales man. Then asked me to take it to a auto body in ********, his price was $****. so I was offered $****. from Don *********************** I would really like someone to help me, ***** ****

Dear Customer, apologies for any disappointment in the car buying process. When you purchased the truck, it had already been touched up, and while we acknowledge that the wear was above average, customers should expect wear and tear on used vehicles. To help make things right, we offered $***** toward repairs after you provided a $***** quote from a discount body shop. We understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but we do our best to find fair and reasonable solutions.

Additionally, we offered to explore options for a different truck and provide a strong trade-in value to help with a replacement. If youd like to discuss that further, wed be happy to assist.

Let us know how you'd like to proceed, and well do our best to find a solution that works for you. If youd like to discuss further, please reach out to ******* ********* at *************.

We appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns. We understand that our proposed solutions did not meet your expectations, but we have made every reasonable effort to address your concerns in good faith.
As previously mentioned, we offered financial assistance toward repairs, as well as an option to explore alternative vehicles with a strong trade-in value. Unfortunately, as we have not been able to reach a mutually agreeable resolution, we must consider this matter closed from our end.

If you have any further questions, you are welcome to reach out to us, but at this time, we are unable to offer any additional remedies.
