    On July 13 I went into the Toyota dealership on Calgary Trail and was enquiring about a RAV 4. My husband and I previously seen the car but couldn't get any up front information about payments etc because the sales people there are very Sketchy. We said our budget was $250 biweekly and that we didn't want all of the upgraded packages of $699 each. The salesman said ok and that we need to do a bill of sale first to start the process and that the fiance guy will make sure that I fall within that payment plan. So I signed the bill of sale. Then a few moments later, he comes back and said that he put in the wrong information and he needs me to sign a new one, which I did. Low and below they refuse to tell me about the payments and kept calling me to come and pick up the car. How can I come and pick up a car without payment information. I went in there with my husband and again when I asked about the payments they want me to sign something first about confidential information before discussing . After which they present a payment of $329 biweekly and said when can i pick up the car? What? The interest rate is 8.99% and I refuse to sign anything. I have text messages between myself and the *** (director of something) who keeps telling me to come in and we can get you what you need and ensure that you can take the car. Turns out, I went in there and the same thing. They don't want to bring my payment down so that they are not liable for the $500 fee that I paid for the bill of sale. And now they are saying that this money is non refundable. I asked to see the first bill of sale I signed and of couse they don't have that because it was thrown out. They have sketchy salesman, sketchy finance department and this is not a one off thing. I have read many reviews that they do this on a ongoing basis. Why is it that Toyota in West Edmonton mall takes $250 deposit and it is refundable? And they don't want to provide me copies after wasting my time and my money.

    We met all terms on the bill of sale and even provided a lower payment then stated
