    I received a parking violation from United Parking Services Inc. with a reference number ********, showing a total amount of $***.When I attempted to pay through their official website (***********************************************), the system gave me the following error:Validation greater than maximum amount preventing me from completing the payment.I tried several times using different devices and browsers. The error persisted.I also attempted to reach them by phone at the numbers listed: ************** and ************ no answer, no live support, no voicemail.This company imposes late penalties if payment is not made within ** days, yet their own system blocks payment, and they are completely unreachable.Their lack of support and broken system is creating unnecessary stress and risk of financial harm.I request BBB to intervene and require this company to:1.Acknowledge my attempt to pay,2.Provide a working way to complete the payment,3.Stop the 10-day countdown or late penalties until this is resolved,4.Investigate this case as potential abusive billing practice.Thank you.

    October 4/24 United Parking Issued a me parking ticket. I was registered to park in the lot and this is a technical issue on their side. They will not listen to my dispute on the parking charges.

    This buisness called me and I was returning their call. I have never been talked to so terribly by a human being on the phone in my life. They claimed they didn't call me and that the call was from a fake number. In trying to contact them I had been hungup on 4 times. One time because apparently my phone was "too staticy". Another time was because I refused to give them my name (like they called me?). Then they call me back around 20 minutes later saying they are doing to give me another chance to fix my problem, but no apology for being rude or arguing with literally anything and everything I say, and then threaten to call the ************************I had initially filed a report on their website for a ticket they gave me in a parking lot labelled visitor parking. Which is a free place to park in the first place, but due to extremely rude customer service I wasn't even able to get to the point of explaining what happened.
