    Tried to register couple of times upon arrival in that parking lot. System was very glitchy with freezing pages over the site. I though that I registered my car after two attempts though upon coming back to my car to leave the parking lot, I found the ticket for $95. Submitted a complain online where I described the issue. United reduced the fee to $65. I attended to pay it online few time, every time though the site said that card is not valid/expired. Another glitch. It kind of making this on purpose to make you not register or not pay so they can send you to collection agency to pay more or to destroy your credit history. Very aggressive and threatening way to conduct business. I ended up calling and stay over the line to talk with an agent and paid the fee though I found it not justified.

    Rude employees and stalk parking lots. Unload groceries and get dogs 30 seconds letter have ticket for backing into a stall as I have Neck problems. Stay away from. Any place these guys monitor.Also known as istall

    Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Rude employees. I'm certain that being an unreasonable person is a prerequisite for working here. I live in units that they service and in a round about way pay for their services, and they still gave a ticket for a minorly late register, for a family vehicle that is a regular visit and accurately registered regularly. No forgiveness here and you can't reach anyone to discuss. If you run a business, I would not recommend this company. They should be out of business. I've been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and would consider their service here as unacceptable and an embarrassment to their organization.

    Ticketed even though I registered for parking. Will not pay for parking here again

    Charged 185$ for failure to register a parked vehicle that was in fact properly registered with screen shots to prove it. When online Appeal filed it was denied stating they had no evidence of my registration. Phone number for business called was rudely told I have no idea what your taking about and when asked if there was some to speak to who did they replied nope
