  This company is a SCAM!!! They do not pay their bills. They stuck ** for thousands of dollars. Please stay clear of this company, They don't list any address which allows them to scam you and they also paid for ****** reviews which is why they look credible.

  I called due to a water leak and it was a great experience. It all started with dispatch who were friendly and efficient. I received service quickly and my tech ***** was awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. He fixed my issues quickly. I also booked him to come back for another issue which he again fixed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company and I will definitely be a repeat customer if a plumber is needed. Thanks ********************** Free **********************

  I used this company for all my plumbing. I had a bidet seat and new toilet installed a few months back, after a few months it started to get loose. I called someone from the company, left a message, told him in that message about this left my number and a please call me back. No call back. Today, I walk into the washroom and see water on my floor and I can see where it leaks from the toilet seat. I just called worry free to get a service call. I get we can be there tomorrow it was in the am sometime I can not recall the exact time. i said but I have a leak now I then get thats the best i can do this to me is really bad customer service. I think I may have warrenty on that seat, but i am so ****** that i will eat the cost of a new one just for spite. Really poor way to handle this problem. I understand about being busy, but an emergency even if it is a slow leak (in my experience slow leaks all become fast ones sooner or later) and this is what i get, So, I called Romaniuk, who will be here today

  Dear *****,Firstly, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment.I've reviewed our call logs. I can only find the one call back from you, and that's from yesterday. I'm not sure where you left the other message for a call back, but it doesn't appear to have been to Worry Free dispatch.Upon listening to the tape, it appears that you hung up on the dispatcher before she could finish her sentence.We were able to book you a call within 24 hours of your inquiry. If we had had a cancelation or if a technician had finished his call early, we would have called you back to help you sooner.Thank you for your feedback.

  I had these people out to install a sink, hookup garbage disposal and dishwasher which they had to go through the floor across and up through the sink area floor, water lines were already up to the sink, they hooked the cold water blue line to dishwasher until my husband saw that and informed him it had to be the red line. We had brand new cupboards put in this was all just hook up.Theyre installed my microwave and got it to close to the edge and my new cupboard door rubs on the microwave so we have to redo it.The invoice has false information these items were all removed before they came as the cupboards were new Remove existing facets, remove and disposal of old dishwasher supplies, remove existing piping,We had all the supplies for them to install except black pipe under sink.They said power hookup for garburator which they cant do we needed an electrician.I contacted them twice and the second time she asked me if I was finished and hung up on me.The total of invoice is $1766.21, and 9 hours to do the job.I have been advised it should not have been anymore then $500.00 to do this job, and 5 hours *** to do the job.Not thinking I should not have paid them.Thank you
