      This message is for ******. I have been leaving messages you got my application for Two properties. I have provided you and your management my Bank Statement. You have pulled my credit either you rented to some one else. I need to know why can't you provide me your upr management contact number so I can talk to them regarding issue The have on my application. You didn't provide me that information

      This company billed me after my move out despite filling out my move out documentation and ending my lease and attempted to hold my money hostage until they had payment information for the next tenant. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from this company.

      The eligibility criteria has changed since our college days. However, the Building Manager, *****************, at ********************************************* in ***************, was empathetic to our situation. He made time to sit down with us to complete the application process. His patience and kindness gave us much relief and, to be able to experience this type of superior customer service, is a blessing. As you know, nowadays finding a place to live is like trapping a unicorn, and we really believe that God made a way for us like He did for ***** when parting the Red Sea.

      This company is very horrible, they stole my security deposit down payment, and as I had a problem of nearly being homeless and the ****** *********************** was being a sexist person thinking that I wasnt smart, as I am a woman(reading the other comments) and him being a man, was taking advantage after the fact I had gotten upset and started crying as I left! He was being super unprofessional, you can tell right off the bat he was going back on his words, not taking anything I had told into any serious consideration, faked trying to help the whole time, and due to that not only I but my partner believe he should be revoked from being a Licensed Realtor/Leasing Associate! From the very beginning I knew he was going to be trouble, but as I needed a place really badly especially the predicament Im in, I was letting it slide by up until to the point he made me cry, not only he was being Discriminative from day one as Im part of the Inuit indigenous Community, and can tell he was very uncomfortable with the fact I was an independent woman looking for an apartment on my own and was very surprised to the fact I worked full time!

      Not a truthful company They lied when asked if they had a cockroach problem in their building, I have spent over three hundred dollars on expenses because I had to leave my apartment. When viewing the apartment I was told they did not have a problem with cockroaches in the building. The night I moved in I saw them, told them they did nothing, and I had to speak to another person, then they gave me the notice to leave that they were treating the suite, I told them the whole building needed to be treated as other tenants were complaining as well. The management of this company doesn't seem to want to deal with the women in the building another tenant has complained and nothing has been done and she has a child.

      DRE ZERO STARS!Recently moved in and on the first day while moving in a German cockroach greeted me at the front door and directed me where to put my stuff.It so happens that the landlady was with me and saw it and then moved me into another building that also had roaches.Tried to get a hold of the Regional Manager who was very rude and disrespectful pretty much told me to keep the cockroaches as pets.The Health Inspector was contacted and will be visiting me in a few days.I will be going Full "****" on Mainstreet if they dont fix this Cockroach infestation problem.CCTV,GLOBAL and *** will be contacted.

      If a negative number was an option this company would get it but since 1 is the lowest thats what they get. I moved in April 15th 2022 on April 17th 2022 they had to jackhammer a hole in my bathroom floor to fix pipes!!!! When i asked for tye hole to be filled i was given a big 9f cement and told to fill it myself lol..The hole was not filled till I filed a complaint with the rental board in May of 2023 so about 13 months later. Then they jackhammer a hole in my wall in the bathroom wall at the end of May which still has yet to be fixed. They were ordered to put screens in which still hasn't happened! My windows have still not been fixed as well. Then today I get a violation notice because a cigarette button fell out of my pocket and was on the floor!!! I told him this was crazy I don't smoke in my unit *** that wasn't right cause I have always put my cigarette butts in my pocket when I'm done smoking outside it must have fallen out when I was moving thing around before they were coming to do work!!!. Our landlord is a racist and has made more than one rude comment and is biased to his tenants. Highly do not recommend this company and as for me after today's problems I will be seeking legal advice against mainstrert and my landlord

      Never rent from Mainstreet EVER!They are absolutely horrendous. My entire time in my Mainstreet apartment was a nightmare. One of their workers broke my window with a ladder, there were fights every night and the cops were there every other night.The apartment was infested with bed bugs and took a toll on my mental health.If I could give negative 10 I would.Never move into a Mainstreet building for any reason or you will be sorry.

      these people are the most disgusting rudest impolite irresponsible imbeciles alive today,the day my mother got paid she passed away and they gave me a 4 hour window period to pick up the property. I was unable to rent a uhaul not because of funds but because of lack of a cell phone. so they lied to me and said they put her stuff in storage then a week later told me they tossed all my books, clothing, her furniture, clothing, dishes, etc. please don't do business with these imbeciles.
