**** never use this company again and highly recommend you not use it either. Have had nothing but problems getting the work done properly. Have been waiting 9 months and it still isnt done properly. They also left all the garage and materials for the siding in my back patio all winter long. The siding had warped pieces and broken pieces all over the house and when pointed out to the installed his remarks were that he isnt getting paid to do warranty work. A guy came out a few weeks back to replace some shingles and then I get a phone call today from A Clark telling me all the deficiencies have been fixed and need to settle up payment. Only part of the deficiencies have been fixed and a small part at that. Most of the silicone work still needs to be fixed and siding replaced and wedges put under some shingles. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This company use to be really good but has gone downhill fast. All most all of the jobs are subcontracted out. Save your money and time and go with a more professional company and safe yourself a huge headache.A Clark Roofing & Siding LP

We waited on responding as we were still working towards a resolution but would like to thank you for your feedback. This has been, we hope, mutually resolved and we've worked to overcome disagreements and fix with goodwill what was reasonable and possible given the situation. 1 starHorrible customer service. I had emailed this company to get a quote to replace a fascia.On November 10, *********************** had phoned me to say that he would stop by on either November 11 or 12 to replace the fascia. I didn't get a phone call after to say whether it was completed or not. It is for a rental. I drove by and it wasn't done.On November 16, I emailed the company to ask for an update. *************************** replied that she will ask ****** to reach out to me. No email/phone call.On November 18, I emailed ***** again and said ****** hasn't reached out to me and she replied with that he was off that day and will ask him when he returns.On November 21, I emailed ***** again asking for an update. No response.On November 23, I emailed ***** again letting her know that I no longer need this done. It still needed to be repaired but why would I continue dealing with this company? I get two voicemails an hour later from ***** and another person saying that they can come out to repair it.On November 25, I get a voice from *** saying that they will come repair it.Do they not communicate with each other? The job was professionally done. I was able to state my concerns regarding ******* and the workers were conscientious in addressing them. The workers were knowledgeable and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Clarke Roofing. .A Clark Roofing & Siding LP

Very professional staff. From getting a quote for service & getting the job done. Good job of clean up and shingling. Roof look great. Good follow up from A Clark to ensure we were satisfied with job completed. Great to know if we have any concerns, A Clark will be there in the future . Highly recommended!A Clark Roofing & Siding LP
