    On ** August 2024 a sales *** from unity came with a technician who could barely speak English and did an inferior job upgrading our system. Originally installed by ****** in August ******************************************** 2023. Unity said they could take it over and improve it and just dont pay the ***** bill. Since August 2024 we are paying two bills for a service which has issues. We need a new start and dont know how to get it.

    This original contract is still in force.  They involved ***** we did not.  Now we are expected to pay both them and ***** a bill from ***** is also attached.

    This customer was spoken to and the issue was resolved. We instructed the customer on how to cancel their old system with *****.

    We have successfully convinced ***** to refund monies charged .. issue was always with ***** .. Unity Smart security is just fine.  We never signed a contract with ***** so they charged us incorrectly
