      I have used Intuit Canada online version satisfactorily in the past. However for filing 2023 Tax return I purchased the Premiere version which clearly indicated that it includes the rental income.However, on filing online, the system prevented me for proceeding further unless i upgraded to "Self-employed" for including the rental income? Needless to mention that I had hard time in trying to reach the customer support. The computer generated calls from the customer support did not ring and they ended up leaving messages. Finally, after several attempts I managed to speak to customer support through the regular phone numbers. On pointing out to the team member the issue at hand I was told that I was correct but the software is designed to upgrade for those who have rental income to show as self-employed and thereby charging them almost double the rate.For those of us who have a secondary home or a rental property, are being treated as corporate business by the Tax software even though we are not? I waited patiently and explained in details and even submitted my complaint to Intuit Canada but Idid not get any feedback. My impression is that this amounts to misleading as the software package included rental income and the site wrongly wants to extract money from the innocent tax payer! Completely disappointed with this treatment, I moved on to another tax software. I did get my refund back.

      Quickbooks has the worst customer support I've ever experienced. I've had 1 positive experience over 10 calls in the last 3 years. All the other times I'm met with unhelpful people who keep me on the line for 40 to 90 minutes and I leave the call no closer to resolving my issue than when I called in.The people are untrained and/or have no permission to serve you. A simple thing like a password reset and I'm 3 calls, 1 chat and two emails in with no resolution in sight.

      They charged my credit card twice. The second time for a service I did not use nor receive. Submitted a refund form since April 30th. Was told 5 to 7 business days. To date havent received a response. Called and was told they do see my request but its at ending and hasnt been touched for processing. Will not use next year after having been a customer for more than 6 or 7 years. Lost $90 and lost my trust in them. Beware and dont use!!

      Turbo tax has a terrible customer service department. I asked for help while filling out my turbo tax. A woman called me who's English was very broken. Was not on the phone for longer than 2 min and received no information and when I logged into my account I had been charged $60 for the service. I tried calling turbo tax and only got a recording saying would I like an email or text with regards to my issue and would not allow me to speak to a person. I called 4 times all with the same response. So now I am out $60 have had nothing resolved and my taxes are not done because the turbo tax system kept insisting I was a transport employee when in fact I am a self employed nurse.........

      Useless, not only did their automated software destroy my bookkeeping. They also overcharged me for a bunch of services I never used. A typically giant corporation with zero customer service

      I agreed to pay an extra $60 for the "tax specialist help". I asked them for a call back, somebody called, I answered and there was silence for 4 minutes. I could hear noise in the background so I knew the call went through, but I kept saying "hello" on and off, finally this guy answered and was very unhelpful. I could barely understand his English and there was an echo on his phone. When I asked for his name, he hung up on me! What kind of help was that???I read all the other complaints about Turbotax and now I wish I had not used this software for all its errors.

      After 2 years of Intuit scamming me and my small business with a service that doesn't even work, Intuit would not let me log in to cancel the service and it was only after contacting the BBB that they even had any concern. After all was said and done I had asked that they never contact me again and since my request in the fall, they've contacted me several times about surveys and follow **** They're only still in business because they've got a monopoly on the tax industry but they moment they have any competition I would urge everyone to use that.

      I used TurboTax for several years and had no obvious problems. The last two years are exceptions. In 2021, they didn't automatically include a Schedule D with my 2020 QC return. In 2022, they doubled my RRSP contribution on my 2021 QC return, and allowed the mismatch in total income between the Federal and Provincial returns to slip through. I ended up waiting several months for my QC assessment to be completed. For the 2020 issue, I let it slide and made no complaint even though I had to submit the Schedule D myself through regular mail. For the 2021 issue, I want a refund. I contacted them and explained my issue. The agent was nice enough, though I could barely hear her over the industrial noises in the background...she's in *****. Why am I speaking to an agent in ***** for a tax problem in Canada? She appeared to be trying to help me, but wanted to remote in to view my screen, which I did not want to do, but she said she couldn't help me without seeing my information. Whatever app she told me to download to remote in did not work. The call was abruptly disconnected and she did not call back, even though she has my number. I'm done with this outfit! I'll be trying another product or doing it myself on paper. I'm going to send this to Market Place...maybe they'll do a follow-up?

      I will not use Turbo Tax again. I paid for review and assistance and they missed a huge mistake which cost me thousands of dollars. Their guarantee has so many loopholes.

      ******** Services Canada has not contacted me, emailed me, or resolved any issues for 30 days. They are dealing with my bank account and over $3000 in funds stolen.Agents all say someone will contact you within 48 hours, but it never happens!!!I would leave QBO but first I need my money back!!***** ************** 4 years with QBO Canada
