    I bought a water softener from them in 2021 and was supposed to have a 10 year warranty.I just found an issue so i tried contacting them to no avail.None of their numbers or emails seem to be working .

    Details: 1. With company name "Canadian Quality home service" i signed a contract on Oct ,28, 2020 for my AC/Furnance/Hotwater tank for monthly payment $72.76, After renewal now is going to be $111.10. 2. Payment remains is $7507.76 3. There was a commitment that they will come annually and perform inspection but now no body is replying to my phone calls. Whenever i call then receptionist is saying someone will contact you but no one is contacting me. I am just worried that company is either close or i am stuck with some scam. 4. Not receiving any service but still have to pay.

    Hired Canadian quality home services to install a tankless water heater. First they cracked my new siding on the exterior of my house, they did not tell me and just left it. Now after a year of having the water heater installed, my water is constantly running cold, I’m getting an error message and an alarm goes off. I had to hire a professional plumber to find out they did not install fresh air intake and there is issues with gas pressure because they did not use the correct size pipe when installing my unit. I also paid way more than industry standard (which I didn’t know at the time)

    I entered into a contract with CQHS back on July 27th, 2021 for a Big Blue Whole Home water conditioner, Hedi-smart IAQ (HVAC air purifier system), a HG R/O (4stage ROI system) and a Nest 3rd Generation Thermostat (smart thermostat) totaling roughly $15,000.00 to be financed with a third part company *** *********. I have been making my monthly payments to *** ********* as agreed, but I am unable to contact CQHS at all. All of the phone numbers previously provided by the sales guy for himself, the service department and customer service are either no longer in service or the people no longer work for the company and are unable to assist me with reaching anyone with regards to having our equipment serviced as promised. I believe this to be a breach of contract as I am unable to get ahold of the company that is responsible for servicing my equipment ensuring it is taken care of so that no manufacturers warranties are voided. A written schedule of when the salt in the water conditioner needs to be replaced was never provided or an indication of when to have the basin refilled with salt or a written schedule for when the 4 stage ROI water filter cartridges need to be replaced or changed. No one has been back to service the equipment.

    We purchased a furnace with Canadian Quality home services. We haven’t even had our furnace for a year and it has already broken down. We were told we had a 10 year warranty on the furnace. We have tried to contact them and they are out of business and has scammed a few other people. We are currently making payments for the furnace to uei financial and we need to know what we need to do. Thank you for your time
