    had furnace and water softener installed and extra services $16.18 a month. Had furnace maintenance and found furnace was not installed accordingly. Serviced by reputable local company and now getting better heat. Company went out of business. Am still getting deducted $16.18 month fir service. phone number of business no longer in service.

    Installed water purification on 2021 and has no communication since then for regular maintenance, and call the company and send email for the service to move the equipment to new house but all the phone are not active anymore, email no replay , now we left the equipment and cant bring them to new house , I tried to cancel the payment, and the thirds party financially this keep calling . Any one had suggestions to stop this monthly collection?

    they are stealing money. Absolutely Terrible!! Do not be fooled by them.

    If there is a no star for a review I would rather used it. I tried phoning and visited their office but it no longer exist. Now that I have a maintenance issue wIth the water filtration system that they installed cant get hold of them.I am still paying for the equipment but how about the maintenance that they are supposed to provide? My bank decided to stop the payment as they think it is a fraud company.

    Is this company still in business? I feel they defrauded me as they have not complied with conditions of contract from Nov 2021! Where are all the additional products that were to be received of approx $5,000! Never answer phone and ******* office vacated! Is there something that can be done? If there is a problem, there is no one to contact as they do not answer! I want to file a complaint but is there somewhere besides BBB since the lack of accreditation doesn't seem to have any impact. should be zero star rating option.

    Parents purchased a system from them that still hasn't been installed, they have all this equipment sitting that a tech never came to install and now they can't get ahold of anyone, number goes unanswered as not in service, called the sales agent he will not give us any information about company. Our parents are paying for a service that they cannot use and now are worried that the extra warranty they paid for will go to the trash. Please someone provide some contact details for this company

    Same thing all the complain i can't get hold of them.so i go to my bank report as despute.and go to police to have police report about these scam.
