      On July **** 202* I had the glass in my 2017 ****** ****** replaced. A few days later the truck completely shut down and we had it towed to the dealer. It turned out the glass was not installed correctly resulting in water entering the starting electronics shutting down the truck. The techs diagnosed the problem and rectified. Crystal Glass the replaced the windshield again and agreed to pay the invoice for the repair. I did not ask for the reimbursement of the tow truck or the lost day wages of my employee. After multiple assurances that "a check was in the mail" we have never received payment. I have spoken to the *********** manager **** **** who also assured me that the matter would be rectified but to no avail. I am simply asking for reimbursement for the $****** that ****** charged to fix the problem they created. This invoice has been emailed multiple times. (** times) between the two offices. ************ and ************ Attached is the invoice from ******.

      This issue happened on September 10th 2022, I paid $320.74 to get my wind shield replaced at the crystal glass shop located in **** ******* ** ** ******** ** *** ***. Upon receiving the car, we found that the windshield wipers were completely torn up, in a completely different condition than when we dropped it off. We also found drops of glue around the hood of the car that we simply can not take off anymore. There were no mentions of either of these issues when the car was returned to us with a small mention of our windshield wipers being old. This feels ridiculous as I expected to be able to come out of this appointment with solely a new windshield but now have to figure out how to remove glue off the hood and spend additional time/money to replace my wipers.

      Our Southern Alberta Regional Manager reached out to this customer and addressed his concerns. We agreed to replace his wipers at no charge. This was done on September 14th. We explained to the customer that we do not use glue to install windshields and that we use only black urethane. We offered to remove that white glue spot for him but he stated that he would do it himself.
