Branch 221 of Crystal Glass in ************* repaired my glass patio. They sent 2 of their servrice guys to my home first to assss the repair and then to do the repairs. From Crystal and especially ****** in the office and the two ************ - they were all extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and especially this branch in ************* to anyone who need their expertice or advice.Crystal Glass Canada Ltd

1 starThey were working on my girlfriends car which had 3 incredibly small chips on the windshield, similar to the size of a crumb, and 10 minutes into the job, they made a huge crack on the right hand side of the windshield. They called her to come back, and when she did, the guy working on it said "this is the third time this has happened in his 30 year career in fixing windshields". The woman at the front counter then made a joke of the whole ordeal, saying "yea, we can get an aftermarket windshield with your insurance that will only cost you a few hundred and that shouldn't be a problem because us women spend that much on a new bra". My girlfriend repeatedly said before getting the windshield fixed that she wanted to avoid buying the aftermarket one because she wanted to maintain the resell value on her car, and the price for the original windshield was around $1400. They never apologized, they never tried to help for the reimbursement of the windshield, and just made a huge joke out of it. We don't recommend this place for anyone and would appreciate compensation.Review fromRon S
