    Durabuilt provided excellent service from start to finish. The sales process was clear and professional, and the installation team was punctual, tidy, and skilled. The new windows and door look great and have improved comfort and efficiency in the home. Im very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

All about you talks so much about a company that has placed lots of years and innovation to successfully beat the markets expectations and deliver premium customer experience. Check out for the latest Delta fiberglass product and you will only thank them later. Highly recommended.

    We built our home 7years ago and have had to replace 7 Windows because of the seal. Do not purchase from them, they say they have a 10 year warranty but each window has cost me over 200$ to replace each time. DO NOT BUY If i could this would be a ZERO STAR REVIEW but it makes me give a 1 star

    I was very impressed with the level of service by all of the Durabuilt employees that I have the privilege of dealing with. To start my Wife and I visited the warehouse and had the opportunity of a guided tour that we both enjoyed very much. Our salesman was very knowledegable and took the time to answer all our questions. We purchased the triple pane windows and patio door in early March and the windows were made and installed on the ***** April. The install team was very outstanding at their job, and **** the man in charge encouraged his team to take special care of our property by using blankets on the floor, and taking extra care to ensure that the windows were intalled to our specification and went the extra mile to include doing a little extra where they could have left the clean-up of certain items to us. **** and his team were as concerned as **** himself was to ensure that we were happy with the results. Our windows are warrantied for 25 years and we have that in writing. We are very happy with every aspect to this purchase and quality of both the product and the workmanship. Thanks to everyone involved in our purchase.

    Do not get windows from this company Confirm also seals fail in their windows all time ************ +++ most windows after 6 years in new build and this is NOT normal Shame in you Durabuilt!

    After researching and comparing different service providers, we decided to go with these guys. Their customer service was top-notch and their knowledge about design helped us find the perfect style for our house. We are extremely satisfied with our new windows and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of quality windows.

    I would love to add absolutely no stars regarding this company. They have been extremely difficult to get a hold and get answers as well as completely incompetent in bringing the proper inventory of windows to our town houses even after coming one day to make sure they have the correct total amount of 30 windows to be replaced under warranty (paying thousands of dollars in labor). They had to come for a second time to bring the windows as the first time they came, they didnt even have half the windows and the measurements were all wrong. We also had to fight to not have them charge us more for labor costs even though they barely even did the thousands of dollars worth of labor the first time around. Thankfully, they waived the cost for us to pay for the additional labour costs for the second time coming as this was their messy. That is literally the only good thing I have to say about this company called Durabuilt windows and doors. I honestly feel at this point that the BBB should do a full investigation against this company as at this point, its coming off as a scam being a customer. Even after paying so much money for labour, they dont even have the decency to clean up after the window installation and leave a mess of rubber and glue all over leaving us to have to clean up after them. There is no decent customer service or discounted cost for labor or incentives as well as them not taking any accountability whatsoever for their major mistakes. We have all had to take a day off each time as well to make sure we were all available for the window installations. This is completely disrespectful to all of our valuable time wasted. I am also just finding out, after speaking with one of the people here to install the windows that they do not have all the windows today and again, will have to come to bring the missing windows they dont have. Meaning another day of wasting our time. This is after the fact that I personally after they said they did have all windows

The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that the installation process went smoothly. Not only do my new windows look great, but they have also greatly improved the energy efficiency of my home.
