5 starsI recently had new windows installed by GreenFox Windows and am extremely satisfied with my new windows. The young men that installed my windows were very knowledgeable and efficient, they made sure that everything was cleaned up before leaving the property. I recently had a young man come by to inspect the new windows, he was able to answer all my questions. I have to say that I am very happy with my new windows and would not hesitate to refer friend to have their windows replaced by GreenFox Windows and Doors.Review fromAlex M

We had Greenfox install new windows throughout our house in 2023. They did an excellent job and we completed a 5 star ****** review. We were so happy with the service and workmanship that we invited them back to replace a couple of doors in 2024 and we were not disappointed. The service and workmanship was once again top notch. Just had three living room windows installed by GF. Their salesman measured the windows and grilles. I asked him to match the grilles with the lower ones, which were not being replaced. He sent me a photo referencing the color and sizes of the grilles. However, when the contract was sent, I assumed everything would be correct and did not check the grille size. They had been changed to 5/8 from 5/16. I was unable to view the windows before they were installed or would have stopped the process. I tried to contact the project manager while the install was progressing with no results so called GF. I talked with someone who was very accommodating and said someone would get back to me shortly. No one did. Installation was on a Tuesday. I called a few days later and was told customer relations would call. No one did and after several calls the following week, the project manager finally called me back. His said that I ordered 5/8 and signed off on the contract. I did not ask for 5/8 grilles. Why ask for grilles twice the size of existing ones? I expected some give and take from the "project manager" but all I got was " You signed off on it". The installer assured me that "it's no problem. It's easy to change. That is not the case. I was also told dont worry. The owner will look after you". Don't believe it! After almost 3 weeks I called again and was told customer relations will call you. Received a call from the project manager who said he was told to call me, with no explanation. He says I asked for the 5/8 grill and signed off on it. Customer relations has not called. They just pass the buck. So, check everything, including any details you think are obvious. Check out the windows before install and, check all the details on the contract. I have no problem with the windows or install crew. As for customer relations, if you have a problem, you are on your own. I still owe them money and not one person has called to ask for it. ?GreenFox Windows and Doors

Excellent job - product arrived early and the installers were fast, polite, and cleaned up well after they were done. Would highly recommend GeeenFox if youre looking to upgrade your windows.GreenFox Windows and Doors

Greenfox delivered and installed our doors sooner than expected, and did a great job overall. ****** did a excellent job in showing us exactly how Greenfox doors are different than a standard door, specifically the double seal on the top and sides, and much better bottom seal. This definitely stopped any drafts from coming through this past winter. The installers were professional and thorough. The doors look great!GreenFox Windows and Doors

2 starsI had some windows replaced by GreenFox and had intended on having my entrance door and bedroom windows done in a second session but now I am choosing another company.When they were installing a custom made bay window I noticed how small they had made it and that the windows cranked open the opposite direction that I requested.I had specifically told them that the rain comes towards the house in that direction so the windows will need to open the opposite way. The overall dimensions of the window are several inches smaller than the opening, but they filled it all with expanding foam. I noticed the darkness as soon as I walked in the room while they were installing it. When I did the completion report that they hand you before leaving I wrote about my dissatisfaction with the size and crank of the windows and emailed it to GreenFox directly. I never heard back from them. That was all last summer.They have never come to do the final inspection nor have they tried to contact me. A few months ago I reached out to them to do the inspection and quote me on some other windows. They booked the appointment and on the day they were scheduled to be here in the morning they called and said they would have to come in the afternoon. They never showed up at either scheduled time and they have not contacted me since.Is this how you deal with your customers? I will not recommend them to anybody.Every time I look out my kitchen window I think how little it is instead of admiring the new window. As well on the front of the house I have two out of three windows replace by them as I was going to have the middle one done in a second installation so now my will have two different manufacturer's window on one wall.I should never have paid them and then maybe they would have tried to complete their job.Wow is all I can say.Review fromHarold J
