  **** D Green Fox service was amazing!! We had 12 windows installed. Luv our new windows. The guys completed the job in one day instead of coming back. They were very professional and worked hard.. Did a great job cleaning up as well!! Would highly recommend them!!!

  The service was excellent! The were very efficient and friendly. They cleaned everything up after they were finished. They even made sure not to disturb the birds nest in the lilac **** beside one of the windows they installed.

  We ordered two windows and an exterior door from Greenfox in August of 2022. They were installed this past spring. We ordered the windows as inserts, that they would fit within the frame of the windows that were being removed. The understanding was that the original mouldings would be retained. When the windows were installed, they were installed in such a manner that the window ***** on the outside of the windows were lost and so they didn't match the way the other windows were installed in the house. Additionally, the exterior door now had extra trim installed around it. Certainly, that was not what we had asked for. We contacted Greenfox and they made adjustments to the windows that are satisfactory. With the exterior door, their explanation was that they didn't know the actual size of the 2X4's in the wall and this necessitated the extra trim to cover a gap. We were also told that a new door would have cost twice as much in order for it to fit properly. Having installed six window inserts and an exterior door myself on this house, I know how large those studs are and there was never any issue. Kudos to Greenfox for addressing the installation of the windows. The issue with the door remains and communication has apparently ceased.

  We had GreenFox Windows install 12 windows in a 40 year old house. The entire team, from the Project Manager, our first contact, to the 2 awesome Installers, to everyone in between were so very professional, respectful of our property, truly diligent workers, with windows showing up 4 wks early from original quoted date! We chose them from 4 companies, and so very glad we did. The product is amazing and an excellent value. The entire Team has been extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend GreenFox Windows for your window replacement project. **************

  GreenFox customer service agents were very client centered and respectful of our choices from inital engagement to the installation of our windows. Excellent windows replacement that have given our 45 years old house a very new face lift and keeping it comfortable.

  Too many issues. See Green Fox window website for more detail. Lack of professionalism. Ruin property.,shutters,. Product made wrong. Half windows open the wrong way. Who does that? Pretend not to speak or understand English and take no accountability. Too much stress for something that should have been exciting and new. They ruined that . Go somewhere else.

  One of our windows that needed to be installed was in a tight spot and surrounded by granite countertop. A lot of consulting was done between estimator, installer and others to be sure they could install the window and cause no damage. Much appreciated. Installers were fast, neat, accommodating and pleasant. Only piece we didn't like as much was the negotiation on price. This is not just a Green Fox issue. Pricing in this industry is a game and if you are not comfortable negotiating, getting different quotes and challenging quotes relative to another, you will pay top dollar. Again though this is a downside of the industry.Very pleased with Green Fox. Have recommended them and would use them again.

  We were very happy with the efficient installation of six windows, of which 5 are on the 2nd floor in bedrooms and a bathroom. The crew was polite, quiet and did a good job cleaning up after the installation. The new windows are wonderful, and we enjoy them already - much cooler on hot days, and we're looking forward to winter and not having drafts and iced-over windows! Everyone we dealt with at GreenFox, -- sales and estimating, office/reception and installers --were all very helpful and great to deal with. Thanks very much for great service!
