    I rented a storage unit * yrs ago .was with the understanding that rented occurring billing was every ** days.That was a lie..they send out billing on the **** of the month..shorting by * days.Most people get paid on the 30th or month end..payments have been NSF as funds are not available until the end of the month. I have spoken with the owner...asking them to bill as per any other proper billing cycle. Now they have started billing on the **** of the month with NO notice. I feel this is intentionally done as they are gaining an extra $$ a month from *** banking fees. Monthly rent is ********* with NSF fees I have called to speak with someone and NO ONE returns calls I feel this is intentionally done to gain funds un necessary

    I hate to do this to a small business but it is not fair. We had our camper/rv at this location for 2 years now with no issues. Last winter and spring( 2024)they made changes to their property which created issues for us. We have a sled deck on our truck and the turning radius is affected as the sled deck will touch the camper. Due to these changes it was very challenging to get our camper out of the storage yard and we actually did some small damage. No big deal we will just find another location to store our camper. This incident happened sometime in May of 2024. I contacted them by phone 2 times and left messages to which I received no reply. I sent an email thru their website and got no reply. I went to the location multiple times and no one is ever there. We all have a key code to access the storage yard. After no reply I sent a final email stating to cancel my subscription. I continued to get charged on my credit card. I agreed to pay junes fee for storage due to a possible cancellation policy as I thought that was fair. No policy was communicated to me as to this day I still have no communicated with anyone. I continued to get charged in July and my bank advised to dispute the charge and send a formal email stating to please remove my card for file as I no longer use your service. My card continued to get charged. I then found the owners name out online and sent a message thru ******** to which I received no reply. I have to call my bank every month and sit on hold to cancel this charge. I may have to get a new card number and cancel the old one because of this issue but it should not have to come to that. I hate to do this because of everything else that is already set up pre authorized payments. I get my money back from *** everytime but this is no way to operate a business. Thank you

    I received notification today on saturday april the twenty seventh about ten forty five this morning from ****** ***** that there was a new collection on my account and it was related to storage experts in grand prairie which I have never done any business with at all. I called the business several times with no answer.So I looked it up on google and drove out to go to the office and speak to management. When I arrived at the business there was a large gate and I did not see any office but a person was coming out of the gate and I drove in hoping to speak with a manager and find an office or an employee. I was not able to find any.One within the facility it was just large seacans and different vehicles that were stored there. I called and called and left several messages explaining who I was and why I was there and told them that I was inside the yard. I then tried to call the police non emergency number as it was the weekend to explain what was happening and that I was stuck inside of this yard. I thought I would hang up and call one more time to the business and they did answer.I explained myself and they told me they would have to come out and deal with the situation that they had another person there.They had to meet up with in any case. A man eventually came and identified himself as ***** the business owner. He showed me a copy of my old license that had been stolen two years ago in grand prairie. And stated that it appears that I rented storage units from him and had them unpaid.That he therefore had to report me to collections. He asked me my birth date.He asked me my address and for my identification and took a picture of my current driving license. I asked him what I should do.And he explained that the police barely do their job that we might be able to work something out if I was able to pay the bill. I told him.
    That I was indeed going to call the police The business owner has not provided any notification/information about the storage units in question
