    I notified this company many that I was moving my stuff out and not renewing the beginning of May. My renewal date was Nay 8. I moved my stuff out a week before the renewal date. I have phoned them numerous times as they keep sending me notices of foreclosure. They never return my calls even though I have called them once or twice a week. The latest notice I received said they weee selling my stuff at an auction mid June . My stuff is not even in the unit and has not been since the beginning of June. They have conveniently made it so there is no way you can talk to an actual person. *************.

    absolutely horrible person. ***** ****** ** ****.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Phoned in my rental cancelation over 30 days in advance. On move out day he locked me INTO the facility, saying my code had been disabled because i let someone else in. refused to let me out until he arrived. two months later i am getting daily emails and text messages for account past due. he has tried charging me for two more months rent, plus late fees and now auction fees. i paid my last months rent and provided adequate (over 30 day) notice, i did so over the phone not email as requested in the contract. all my belongings were removed at the end of September. here we are in November and the daily harassment hasn't stopped.

    The good reviews on ****** have to be fake. This is the worst storage company I have ever dealt with, I was locked out for being 2 days late because of a card issue, paid in full after I found out. Got into a huge arguement with the extremely unprofessional owner James. Now he won't let me in without an escort, when I was the one who had to call the RCMP for assistance. Yes I was vulger and used profanity. Things escalated big time between me and the owner. Do not rent from this company, James should be ashamed of himself. Our unit is also full of sand and mouse droppings. Our stuff is ruined and needs to be cleaned. I will be demanding a refund and reporting this business to the better business bureau.
