    Kimbers Creations manufactured the skirting for our Fifth wheel which is under lifetime warranty for as long as we own the fifth wheel. We contacted them by e-mail as the skirting required repairs, they promised they would come the next time they were in the area but they never contacted us. They even came to ****** ****** while we were there and never came to see us. We found out Kimbers had been at the Resort through another camper and only after Kimbers had left the area. A neighbour at ****** told us that she was having the same issue, that she had been getting the same promises from Kimbers but they had never called her or done the repairs. After multiple calls to various RV dealers, no one could direct us to a business which would do the repairs. While looking for a business which could do repairs to our truck bed cover, we went to ******** ****** * ****** in West Kelowna and asked if they also did repairs to fifth wheel skirting. ******** ****** is very busy in other areas of business but they still accepted to do the repairs although it is not common for them to do that kind of repairs. The repairs were done by ******** ****** in May 2022 and in August 2022. We are very satisfied with the result and would like to obtain a refund from Kimbers Creations Ltd.

    We have received the registered mail package from the client in question.  We apologize the repairs had been overlooked and on December 15th our **** ****** *****, had wrote out and sent a check in the mail to reimburse the client for their costs. Cheque ******* for the amount of $ 204.75.

    Please see correspondence below. We had thought the matter resolved but Kimbers Creations never issued or sent the cheque in question and only sent copy of a cheque stub to the *** as proof of reimbursement.

    Further to your correspondence with the *** showing copy of a cheque stub dated December 15, 2022 telling them that a cheque had been issued as settlement of our dispute, we still have not received a cheque from you. Since it has been over 20 days and we still have not received the cheque in question, should we not receive the cheque within five days of this e-mail, we will ask the ****** ******** ****** to take further steps against your company.

    My sincerest apologies!! We do have the cheque ready for you, with all the crazy around the holidays, it had not been mailed out and then I have out of the country with family.  The cheque will be shipped today by our office and social media coordinator, I will send confirmation that it has indeed been sent as soon as possible.  Again, in no way did we mean for this to happen, it was not our intention to further upset anyone.

    I had a fifth wheel that I purchased skirting from. This company and they charged me 8 grand plus 2 grand to have it refitted on my new trailer they came didn't finish the job and left said they would be back the following week that was back in April they claim they had to have the slides made up again and they left when I called them in June I got nothin but stories and excuses and.last week. They asked me to get them measurements in order for them to finish job I'm not able to meaure to thier requirements and they should. Have had the measurements when they left last time . Now I still haven't heard back from them I called them today and again the owner. Has no time frame or any update for me so I just keep getting shafted and the run around. From them they have already been paid and seems they just dont want to finish the job

    The client in question had his RV skirting purchased through financing via the RV dealership in which he purchased his unit.  We had gone out and installed the job on the unit, he then contacted us that he was having issues with the RV and was trading it in for a different model and inquired about having the original skirting altered to fit a completely new unit, which we went out to do so.  The units are not similar and the cost to make the alterations needed to refit the skirt came out to $2000.00, this cost was also covered by the RV dealership in which he had traded the unit in at.  The slide wraps for this new unit are above and over the quote provided and we have not charged for them.  Our database system did not contain the measurements required to make this up and we had asked him to provide us with the measurements if he was bale and willing to do so.  After much back and forth with the client he had sent us the measurements.  They are now completed and will be dropped off on Wednesday as our team passes through his area.  As per the clients request we will not be installing these wraps as the client has found a third party to do so.  The product will be delivered this week and this will conclude this job.  We apologize for the wait and any inconvenience that the client has faced, we are a very small family business working diligently to keep up with demand.  We are looking into ways in which to better meet our clients needs such as bringing on more staff and finding another road crew to assist with installs across the western provinces in which we service.
