    I had originally had a good experience when I got my skirting although they had measured incorrectly for one slide and had to build a piece on site and so the one slide is not one piece. I could overlook that and did. Over the last few years, I've had issues with snaps coming off the side and while they have fixed them, it took a long time for them to be on site (as warranty work doesn't make them any money and working on new orders that are making them 1000's is the priority). Most recently I've been in contact over the material inside a couple of my pieces having water damage inside and the air out of the insulation part and also a zipper issue on another piece. Having them answer messages is frustrating and then I've been waiting months (I was gone for a bit so it gave them additional time to fix but they never showed up) with promises to get there to do it and then nothing. No show. They are more interested it appears in new orders as they have been on site here at our RV park many times but never picked up my skirting for repair or fixed it on site. I'm now having to resort to legal action if immediate action is not taken. It's unfortunate that they have not backed up their warranty in full so be aware of this issue.

    We have been trying since May 2022 to have Kimbers Creations come out and give us a quote on getting them to do some skirting work at our trailer, plus a couple other jobs. We left numerous messages with no response. When we finally got ahold of them they always said ... our guys are in **, but will be back in a week and we will call to arrange a time to come out. NOTHING! We got the same response each time we were able to have someone answer the phone. We finally gave up (it is now Sept 11, 2022). Our complaint is just to inform people of their lack of respect and extreme lack of service for those who would like to hire them. We will never recommend this company to anyone!

    Yes, we understand that a substantial amount of time has passed since first contact was made with us. We do apologize for the delays; we are a small family run business who has faced unexpected staffing issues this season. We have been working towards attaining more people to be brought onto our team to decrease wait times. Demand is at an all time high and we are doing our best to accommodate everyone. We are even in the process of setting up a second work unit so that we can have two teams on the road servicing our clients. We have been running back to back trips to ensure that everyone who does not already have the main portion of their trailers insulated will also be protected as we all know our ******* are not long enough and our ******* too long and frigid. Thank you for your honest review; it saddens us that we were not able to provide what you were looking for at this time. It is a learning curve and something we will take with us as we move forward and work towards bettering to ensure that similar is not repeated. Again our sincerest apologies, Kimbers Creations.
