I recommend all to not make business with this company since they are unprofessional and players. We requested this company for a quote and after they made a site visit they submitted there quotation and we approved fully the quotation and they requested us to transfer 40% of the full amount of the quotation as a down payment which we did. After Polars received the payment he submitted a new quotation with double rate and told that the previous price wouldve work with him so we requested him to return back our payment and he agreed then we received they payment back after he deducted almost 300$ of the amount then we requested him to return the amount fully so he refused telling he has expenses. Finally, this company doesnt respect it words and I advice all to be careful by dealing with him since he is unprofessional, a player and even he doesnt answer on calls he just use sms to communicate with others. We will take a legal action against him to protect our right.

Hello,We are sorry you feel this way. We would not wire the generator against code in order to save costs as those 480V outlets need proper overcurrent protection. We have refunded your deposit less the restock fees of the materials because we also have to pay these fees when we have parts brought in for non stock items.
