    Avayda Pest Control sold us a pest control plan that was not as stated. In April a sales person came to our door and sold us Avayda Pest Control as it was a local company not a international company which we were using for the past 4 years. Avayda did a initial walk through in April and we canceled the contract with Terminax. In may 2022 Terminax removed their equipment from our property. We advised Avayda in May of the equipment removal and that there was no bait stations on the property. The Tec came out in June to see what we needed for stations and told my wife he would need to come back. From June to September we had no contact with Avayda and there service people never returned. In September we now have a rat issue and no service from Avayda. The payment plan is a monthly payment with an initial setup walk through. So far Avayda has charged us ****** for no pest control on the exterior and 1 time ant bait in our basement on the initial walk through. I called Avayda to terminate the service and asked for our money back. The office person put us back in touch with the sales person and they wanted a second chance and would would be back to myself by days end with a plan. 2 days later he got back to me with a plan by text. At this point I already had other means to help with the issues at hand and texted the sales person that Avayda's services were no longer needed.

    Since his complaint, we have resolved ******'s concerns and gave him a full refund of all services rendered. ****** is happy now that we gave him a full refund and that we resolved all of his concerns. Thank you
