****! Beware. Don't answer the door. They **** & are overpriced. Materials used ****.First - their computer systems don't work... I felt sorry for the sales kid at the door - was patient over an hour while he tried to make his equipment work.... making me sign my life away to several of my different email addresses because his equipment wasn't working. 2nd... they say you are "getting a deal" because they are in your neighbourhood anyway... this is false... my regular bug guy is cheaper and far more effective for a regular call. That's the false sense of urgency they create.3rd they try to sign you into a contract... to break it is $300. A normal treatment from a regular legit company is less than $200. If someone was upset with my service... refund... no questions asked. The first treatment was a guy coming to use a "poofer" filled with ********** earth... the same stuff you can pick up anywhere for $5... that we were using ourselves... and only in areas you mention you've seen activity. I'm not sure what they did in my garage... but there were spiders in it afterwards. When my regular bug guy does my ************** spiders after... no need to come back in 60 days.I'm frustrated that they are fighting me on this **** when I am clearly unhappy with their 2 bit operation that clearly *****. I will never answer the door again. Ever. If they are reading this - let it be known that you should have refunded me right away. This is BS. I agreed to pay over $200 for your first shoddy job. You should have been happy with that. Oh! and the guy had to come back a 2nd time because he missed directions to go to the place written in notes where there was activity!! I was at an appointment so not here to manage them. Very tired of managing people... especially people I'm paying. Very disappointed and I should be sending them an invoice for my TIME. NOTHING went right with this.

Avayda is a door to door pest control company. The salesman and his technician came to my townhouse door the other day, offering their services. However, they were misleading in their pitch as they made it seem like their business was hired/recruited by our condo board to get rid of pests/bugs in our complex. After speaking to my neighbour this was very clearly their tactic, to mislead people and trick them into purchasing a subscription plan for bug/pest removal. While I did not personally sign up as the services really aren't necessary... I worry that the ************ neighbours who speak very little English were taken advantage of.
