I purchased $250 worth of ******* ProClassis hose black cloth blue tracer. Upon its arrival, I open the packages to see no blue tracer. I immediately contacted the company so as to return product. They said it wasnt their fault that the manufacturer has the option to change the product. I simply pointed out that both their description and their pictures say blue tracer and that was the only reason I was buying the hose. At first they denied but finally agreed to refund my money but kept $50 of it as a fee for false advertising. Go to their website look up the product and youll see it still shows having blue in both the description and the pictures. PLEASE BEWARE .Truck Part Superstore

However, the product you received ******* ProClassic Hose was exactly the item you selected, in the correct sizes, and from the correct manufacturer SKU. ******* recently removed the blue tracer from their hose design without issuing a formal update, which unfortunately left many retailers, including us, using legacy photos at the time your order was placed.While this was a cosmetic revision by the manufacturer, the product remains functionally identical, with the same pressure rating and performance characteristics. As such, it was not defective, incorrect, or falsely advertised in any material sense. That said, we still processed your return and issued a partial refund as a courtesy despite the item being opened and not eligible under normal conditions.Weve since updated the listing to reflect the current design, and we stand by how the return was handled. 1 starPaid 360 CAD bucks for a retro LED headlight for my customer's 77 Sierra ****** only to discover it's not a kit but a single unit. Knew it was going to be expensive converting to LED lights, but not that much for a single light - would've been nice had it been mentioned on the website properly rather than hidden in between 5 billion lines of "Description_FAB", "Description_MKT", etc. Figured that's fine, whatever, will just send it back and get a refund. Didn't charge my customer for it, kept the part. Submitted for return authorization about end of August (around Aug *****) - no reply whatsoever. Didn't even get a single email re this. The part's just been sitting since we briefly looked at it to confirm there's only one item. Finally messaged their support team after almost two months (Oct 15), trying to find out what's going on. Gave them all the info in my first email, yet they asked for it all over again only to then tell me it's outside the return window! Couldn't get the return authorized on time and now wasted my ******************** thinking twice before buying anything off their website if you have even the slightest chance of requiring a different item or wishing to return the product.Review fromBrett S

1 starI Ordered a hood deflector for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it came in a couple days which was great. But was not satisfied with the product. The details did not say it had a flip on the top of the deflector which I did not want. When I tried to return it they said I have to pay for the shipping. Due to the length of it. It would cost me 93$ to ship back and the product it self costed 116$. **************** could not do anything for me. All I wanted was to return it and order something with the store credit. But now I have an item that will never be used and will sit in my basement. Thats why Im giving *** 1 star.Review fromRon H

1 starHad a terrible experience with this company. They told me they had stock. After I purchased I learned my item was 19 days away. Never had stock Couldnt meet the 6 day delivery date they quoted Item showed up damaged. They told me to file a claim Couldnt get a reply from emails and took forever to get a call back after leaving multiple voice messages. The guy calling me had no idea what was going on. Your order was placed outside of customer service hours Sunday July 7, 2024 at 7:47 p.m.The pick ticket for the order was printed one minute later at the warehouse 7:48 p.m.While customer service hours are 8-4 M-F, the warehouse works night shift, even on Sunday, to quickly and efficiently process orders to match customer delivery expectations across *******Despite sending your email request to cancel Sunday night, it was not read by customer service until late Monday since it is the busiest day of the week and everything is answered oldest-newest.****** requested the warehouse to pump the brakes on the order late Monday afternoon but the order was already packed and loaded outbound for bulk transfer overnight into ****** and was in a Purolator trailer the next morning.Tracking was posted July 8, 2024 at 8:10 p.m., just over 24 hours after ordered and the item was delivered cross country on the 16th.While order-error situations are unfortunate and from your armchair it may appear easy to stop the process and cancel, unfortunately that just isn't the case. We've spent 6 years improving efficiencies and processes to deliver product as fast as humanly possible in a country with such a large land mass, which I am very proud of.Unfortunately for the <1% of customers that realize they have made a mistake before shipping but after customer service hours or on weekends, this means that we may not be able to cancel your order before it ships. I had a very bad experience with this company. Shipping times for in stock items was horrendous. Cancelled order once but after resolution from an employee I placed a new order and after a long wait finally received it. Best part is my first order was canceled while in pending status on my credit card. TPS then initiated an unauthorized charge for first cancelled order and credited back charge minus 5% restocking fee which was touched in stock. ***** only begins to describe my experience with them. Then of course the berating and insults characteristic of the owner.Truck Part Superstore

Order history:#***** 03/18/2023. Order was oversize, checkout system advised customer to contact us for a freight quote. He did not. Customer refused freight charges. Since an order was already placed, instead of contacting us ahead of time as requested, the customer was refunded minus 5% in transaction fees.#***** 03/19/2023. Purolator delivered this item 03/28/2023, 7 bus days total including processing and transit cross-country.#***** 03/22/2023. Order was the same item w/ freight as #***** cancelled above. Canpar delivered this oversized complete lift kit 04/04. 9 bus days total including processing and transit cross-country.For the above 3 transactions, 52 messages back and forth were sent. Absolutely horrible customer service. Product did not come with everything advertised on their website. Contacted customer service with screenshots and photos as clear evidence showing that they didnt deliver what was ordered. ******** service agent was absolutely no help. Feel like Ive been scammed.
