    Word-for-word helpdesk dialogue shown below:******:God day I ordered a bed rug and just went install it and there is no hook and loop to place on the tailgate and box. Its for order ***** Was this supposed to be included.TPS:Have you confirmed you received the correct product for your vehicle? If so, the manufacturer tech / warranty **** should be able to guide you further if the instructions specify this should be there.******:Well this is disappointing. Thanks for no help. Had you answered our question and simply responded to our email saying "yes it is correct, do you have the contact information for the manufacturer? I did not read the instructions" we could've provided that to you or helped provide further diagnosis.... But instead you put (arguably) more effort in to come complain here which says more about you than it does about us. Hard to help someone that doesn't want to be helped.Assuming that the items you are looking for are in-fact to be included, as outlined within the instructions (we still don't know if you have the right product for your application, or what you're looking for since you did not answer that), this would mean that you had in fact consulted the instructions... right? If so, you would see on the instructions that the manufacturer lists their contact information for your convenience so that you can contact them if there are any technical issues, or warranty concerns.

    At the time of order, this customer declined to pay the freight costs to **********, YK, which is very expensive, in favor of having the items shipped to **************** at a lower cost. These bumpers were both special-order, made-to-order, and they are now ready to ship. Thus far there have been 3 attempts to deliver these items to **************** and the customer refuses to accept them at this address and insists that we are to ship to **********, YK at the lower agreed-upon price to ****************. The chances of us eating $1000 cost difference in freight because of the customer's change of mind are 0% and allegedly that makes our business a disaster and us idiots. Wild world we live in!

    Bought some nfab nerf steps from TPS, the product itself looks fairly good but definitely could use improvement. As for TPS, pretty darn good place of business, the phone calling method probably is not supported by enough staff so pretty much impossible to talk to anyone that way but the live chat is top notch and answers all questions. Took some time to get tracking info but all went well once the shipment got mobile. Shipping fees are a bit high, would be great if everything shipped could be at no extra cost like some others offer. TPS is the real deal, make this place your next 1st stop shop for whatever youre looking for!

    I wanted to share my experience. I found TPS online and noticed they had great pricing and were located close to me. I just bought a new work truck and wanted to get a Headache rack, intake, exhaust, mud flaps, tool box, etc. I signed up with them and got the $25 signup promo for a first time buyer. I thought every bit helps. I was out of town working and when I got home I went to start purchasing some items and I noticed the first time buyer promo was gone. So I figured it would save me the shipping at minimum so I reached out to TPS and asked if I could get my promo back because I had not used it yet. They told me that it had expired and theres nothing they could do. I then said if you would like all my business, I would appreciate if you could resend the promo Because every little bit helps. They then responded back with attitude,,, I said I didnt know what was so hard about this situation and if they wanted my business to send my first time buyers promo back to me They told me they did not want my business because of my entitlement. I was simply just asking for what they give to everyone.. So I will pass on this story to everyone that wants to buy stuff online not to give them business. Theyre kind of attitude is why people get a bad name..

    I ordered a box of lug nuts that was advertised on sale and received only one lug nut in a plastic bag wrapped in a full roll of stretch wrap. Almost like if the seller was not happy I had placed this order and was trying to **** me off. I contacted their customer support to discuss of my concerns and was told all sorts of false information about my order and the item that was advertised on their website. They kept trying to convince me that I was at fault even though the item number and description matched exactly what I was looking for from the manufacturer website. They ended up refunding me for my order and stopped responding to my messages even though I was trying to work with them to correct their mistake. They made an honest mistake and should have taken responsibility of it but instead they never corrected my order and never got back to me.

    You ordered a singular bulk lug nut - singular. It was labeled bulk and priced as such. As a show of good faith, we refunded the full order including the costs of shipping, which in hindsight I wish we hadn't, seeing as it appears you are knowingly playing dumb in an effort to try to extort your way into receiving a box at 144x the value for what you know **** well is the cost for one. Take your BS somewhere else.
